Dear Team,

Today had a meeting with SM store North Mr. Zaheer about FDH trays, below are the points came under
discussion:

1. We have opened FDH,s box in their warehouse and found splicing trays broken.
2. Explained to them that these trays broken in transposition process from Karachi to Islamabad as
transporter do not properly loaded & tighten FDH boxes inside container truck , so due to bad
road conditions continues shocks occur to FDH,s.
3. Also clarified to them that same FDH we are using at our own sites like F-6, G-13 & B-17 and
installed around 50 FDH and not faced this kind of issue.
4. They have also shown full support as they will not escalate this issue and Fiberhome provide
solution on urgent basis as there is pressure on them from field teams. They also asked to take
preventive measures to avoid this kind of issue in future.

Below solutions came under discussion:

Solution 1: We give them spare trays but it is not possible for them to open every FDH & repack rotten
wooden boxes at the time of issuance.

Solution 2: Fiberhome keep giving tray replacement on basis of complaints receive from field teams but
frequent escalations may cause problem & there are many regions RTR,NTR , HTR & remote sites so it
will be difficult for Fiberhome to send trays every time to different locations.

Solution 3: Most suitable solution on which they are happy & satisfied that we give them FDH,s from our
own warehouse in replacement. Later we can use replaced FDH on our turnkey sites by changing faulty
trays by our own ODN teams.
