We are writing this letter to inform you that we are unable to supply of material at the given time period in
purchase order due to the supply of subject material has discontinued but we located and purchased from
other supplier and the given delivery time is eight weeks affected which resulted in the delay of subject
PO. So we are requesting to you kindly give us extension by 24th June, 2022.

We will be very grateful for this act of kindness. We regret for the inconvenience caused.
