NEED FOR WOMEN WELFARE

1. There are several reasons why there is a need for women's welfare.
One of the main reasons is that women have historically been
discriminated against and have faced various forms of violence,
including physical, sexual, and emotional abuse

2. Additionally, women face a range of economic and social challenges,

such as lower pay and fewer opportunities for career advancement.
Women's welfare programs aim to address these disparities by
providing job training, financial assistance, and educational
opportunities.
ISSUES PREVALENT IN SOCIETY AND
PROBLEMS FACED BY WOMEN
There are many issues prevalent in society that have a disproportionate impact on women.
Some of the main problems faced by women include:
1.Gender-based violence: Women face various forms of violence, including domestic violence,
sexual assault, and human trafficking.
2.Economic inequality: Women are often paid less than men for doing the same job and are
underrepresented in higher-paying jobs and leadership positions.
3.Lack of access to education: Women are often denied access to education and other
opportunities for personal and professional growth.
4.Lack of representation: Women are underrepresented in positions of power and influence,
including government, business, and media.
Overall, these issues and problems faced by women can significantly impact their quality of life,
limit their opportunities, and hinder their ability to reach their full potential. It is important to
address these issues and work towards gender equality and empowerment for all women
