Case Analysis

A lot of problems have occurred ever since the new manager set her position in the business,
this includes poor management, and poor customer service. Because of the poor management,
a lot of raw materials are to be wasted, this affects the business fund ruining future
investments. How are to fix this you may ask? Its simple, we change our strategy, first by firing
the new manager; A manager is a person who can lead with passion and based on the case, it is
not visible. Saving recourses is also a must since we can save for more future investments. But!
We can’t actually just fire the manager right away, there is another common problem, which is
the salary. The manager may be acting that way because of the poor salary payment, Salary is
always motivation for workers of any business, in short, we have to increase the employee’s
salary. Solving these obvious problems can make the company greater again!
