1. What are the sustainable business practices of Amazon based on the given case?

Based on the case given, Amazon divided the people they desired to help during
pandemic: Employees, Customers, and the community. A special bonus, 2 weeks of paid
time off for every individual employee diagnosed with Covid-19, and large facilities for
the employees. While for the customers on every physical Amazon stores will have free
masks to give to its customers, and Amazon enabled front-porch delivery for contact-
less deliveries, and an equipment and vehicles that were disinfected daily. Amazon also
had a lot of donations on different platforms such as Covid-19 research, feeding
America, donated globally, and for public schools.

2. What pillars of sustainability are being addressed by Amazon’s business practices

based on the given case?

Social Pillar, since all the Amazon’s practices on this case was intended to the
employees, customers, and the community or globally.
