1. Management Team:

Paradise Transport Company was founded by Mahadi Hasan, Shifat Hossain, Md Sobuj,
Shajnin Tasnim Urmi and Nadia Sultana. They have extensive experience in the transportation
industries, and through their expertise, they will bring the operations of the business to
profitability within its first year. They own 100% of Paradise Transport Company. In the
beginning, with the exception of volunteers, will be the employee. After one year, once
expansion is in place and revenue has increased, The Company will hire drivers and additional
personnel staff.
