1.0 INTRODUCTION

Harirah Muslimah Wear

A new retail business called Harirah Muslimah Wear will sell chic clothing to
women who have jobs and will focus on women's covers. In Kangar Jaya, Perlis,
which is a new town to start a new business journey, we will locate Harirah Muslimah
Wear. While opening a single boutique is our primary goal, we have expansion ideas
that could involve franchising our shop or creating a well-known brand. In particular,
we work to inspire women to embrace their various options for fashion in this day and
age. In turn, we would like to gain significant market share in the online retail sector.
For examples, muslim fashion dress, hijabi outfits, modern hijab, printed blouse and
scarf. By build this business, I will execute and a very latest trend fashion wear for
muslimah out there. This is because there are also a few company that already run this
same business but with ridiculous price and not performing characteristic muslimah
wear. We believe that there are consumers still finding a stores that provide a suitable
clothing with their perceive. Despite of focusing on the product, I also look into
satisfied of consumer.

Next, a limited liability corporation with sole ownership has been duly
established in Kangar Jaya as Harirah Muslimah Wear. The Company is a brand-new
company that offers fashionable apparel options for Muslim women to purchase and
wear. We discovered that Kangar's present Muslim wear market is falling short as the
company's founders. In truth, the majority of clothing stores still have a limited
selection of items that do not conform to Islamic fashion. This location was a strategic
to grow in this fashion industry. Other than that, I see a lot of opportunity to establish
my company engagement with surroundings and near to city of Kangar. So, people
would like to go shopping near that area. The initial capital to run this business

RM700k by using ownself capital and successful to find capital from family members
and government agencies such as Perbadanan Usahawan Nasional Berhad (PUNB).

Furthermore, I would like to start operate the business on April 2023. the reason I
choose the date because I am as a human resources management play a big role to
look around a main factor to run a business. This is intended to make it easier for my
company to achieve all the company’s vision, mission and objectives in addition to
increasing the company’s profits. My vision for Harirah Muslimah wear to provide
wear that covers the aurat within following the trend. Our mission are, we are
committed to provide the best quality with affordable price, we aim to create a
fashionable carrier women, we committed to give a best customer service and we try
to keep a good relationship with consumer about outfit trend. Our objective is to be
one of the muslimah wear clothing choices. I will make sure values such as quality,
professionalism, attractive marketing and commitment on company.

2.0 ORGANIZATIONAL CHART

For Harirah Muslimah Wear, I'd want to apply employ functional top-down
hierarchy. this is so because a top-down, functional organisational chart mimics a
conventional corporate structure. The C-Suite is at the top of this organisational
structure, followed by other senior management, middle managers, and so forth.
Based on each person's functional position inside the firm, the structure is organised
into conventional departments like production, marketing, finance, human resources,
and operations. Employees with similar skill sets and specialisations are grouped
together in such an organisational structure.

But they frequently struggle with poor visibility and interaction with other
departments. We'll have a modest crew to start as a tiny company. Both co-owners
will take on managerial responsibilities within the business and be in charge of
day-to-day operations, marketing strategy, merchandise acquisition, inventory control,
and all other clerical tasks. A modest sales team will help the co-owners secure sales,
assist customers, and maintain stock levels generally on the floor. Through this
hierarchy, I can predict that the employes that will be hire can understand their job. So,
it will avoid the problem of confusion of tasks in each position. This simple hierarchy
would be help to achieve vision, mission and objective company.

3.0 JOB ANALYSIS

Job analysis can define as an in-depth study carried out to identify the tasks that
need to be completed by an employee of a position as well as the conditions that must
be present before an individual assumes a position. In this case, human resource
manager play a main role to ensure company have recruit a quality employee. Provide
a database for jobs, such as a job description, which is a collection of duties, roles,
and ensuing work situations. Job specifications, which are descriptions of the traits,
dispositions, and skills required of employees, Using human resource planning to
implement human resource management and forecast labour requirements.

Besides, job analysis lead human resource management can measure every
employee performance appraisal. For example, we as a human resources department
can setting work standard and target for employee to achieve how many sale that we
can achieve in a month. Compensation management for employee will help
determining the relative value of each job. anything of financial value that a business
provides to an employee in exchange for their work is planned and managed by the
specialised human resources discipline known as benefits administration. Along with
their pay, they also receive benefits, bonuses, and awards. In organisations that are
focused on attracting and keeping the finest talent, pay strategy and planning are
crucial since it plays a significant part in employees' decisions to join or stay with an
employer. In the past, a remuneration package for a senior level position might have
included a salary, pension, bonus, share options, company car, private healthcare, and
life insurance.

Moreover, as a human resource manager, I need to analyze training and


development for employee. Initiatives for training and development are educational
activities carried out within an organisation with the goal of enhancing an individual's
or a group's performance on the job. The majority of these programmes focus on
improving a worker's knowledge and skill sets as well as inspiring more drive to
improve work performance. A tactical means of enhancing corporate results through
the implementation of internal educational initiatives that promote staff development
and retention. As a result, A rise in productivity Employees can boost their overall
output by keeping up with new processes and technologies. Diminished

micromanagement when employees feel competent to complete a task, they usually
need less supervision and work more independently.

4.0 JOB DESCRIPTION

A job description is a written list containing a list of all the essential


requirements of a job, along with a summary of the duties and responsibilities that the
job holder will perform known as job description. A job description is a summary of
the general job information research and the standards for employee performance that
come from an analysis that includes the task-based foundation of the job description.
Along with the job title and the name or position of the person the employee reports to,
it typically includes the obligations, goals, responsibilities, scope, and working
circumstances of a job. A job specification typically starts with a job description. I
must therefore list all the pertinent information for employees in my capacity as
human resource manager.

being offered by Harirah Muslimah Wear, this individual is in charge of preparing
comprehensive accounts, leading and overseeing all financial and accounting
activities within the company group, ensuring the timely preparation of monthly
financial statements and reports, managing cash flow, forecasting, and ensuring that
all banking issues are dealt with scrupulously and correctly, and handling all tax
matters, including corporate tax and SST. Muslimah Harirah Wear planning,
organising, implementing, and monitoring all aspects of company secretarial support

submission of statutory returns and documents to the Companies Commission of
Malaysia, are all responsibilities of wear human resources management. They are also

forth by the safety officer to prevent mishaps. If any accident occurs to those
personnel, he may seek compensation under the statutory grounds established by the
legislature.

From job description, Harirah Muslimah Wear company consist of job vacancy
that our company required in order to get qualified to hold a position to be a part of
our team members. At the beginning of business, we are looking for employees in
order to produce attractive marketing. A good marketing can influence people to
come in to our stores. The place that employee will be working is at Kangar Jaya,
Perlis. The starting basic pay ranges from RM1 200 to RM1 500. The working hours,
which run from Monday through the weekend, with the exception of Friday
(8.30am-8.30pm), include automatic overtime, particularly during holidays.
Additionally, the company offers allowances including profit sharing, incentives, and
public holidays, which range from RM300 to RM600 per month. Additionally, the
corporation offers EPF, SOCSO, and medical cards to ensure the welfare of its
employees. It is done to guarantee that the business has a workplace equalisation
framework. There are also firm details, including contact information (phone number
and email), in case the applicant has any questions or wants to submit their résumé.

To sum up, job description need to update based on environment and employee
necessity. The completed job descriptions must to be stored in a safe place, and
duplicates ought to be used for job advertising, interviews, requests for
accommodations, pay reviews, and performance evaluations. Additionally, employers

5.0 JOB SPECIFICATION

Job specification will be create after human resources department already form
the job description. This document will include the content to known a specification
person that can fits in a specific position. A critical component of a description of a
specific Job is the Job specification or Job spec. It reveals the types of candidates who
are best suited for a given position. In this part, human resources management will
listing all type of of employee that can fits the job and we will guide the recruitment
officer to the best candidate. First of all human resource management need to drafted
the element that have in job specification. There are four component of job
specification for those who will be selected which are educational qualification,
experience, skills and knowledge, characteristic and personality traits.

For educational component, the candidate's intended education is covered in this


section. Here, specific terminology like graduate and post-graduate are acceptable.
Along with mentioning the required grades, the educational stream should be
mentioned. Many organisations additionally include disclaimers in the job description
about overqualification, such as "MBA is not required" or graduates should not apply.
Next, experience also very important component that will lead human resource
management to identify personality. The experience that is necessary in a certain
domain, according to the job definition, to do the job. Details such as the type of
experience necessary, the number of years of experience, the position, and the domain
are included. The firm frequently demands managerial or team handling experience
for positions with higher job profiles.

In addition, Harirah Muslimah Wear need to find skill and knowledge for
considered to all employee. This section discusses the competencies required for the

best candidate.

6.0 HUMAN RESOURCE PLANNING

Harirah Muslimah Wear will make continuous process for gain profit. This also
can define as the ongoing, methodical planning process that aims to make the best
possible use of a company's most important asset high-caliber people. Planning for
human resources helps prevent shortages or surpluses of labour while ensuring the
optimal match between employees and positions. There are two situation can
encourage Harirah Muslimah Wear to be a great company. If human resources
management can have high level of employee engagement can be essential for our
company success. It can make the difference between laziness and productivity,
assisting in the success of a business.

As a human resources management, I will analyze back organizational plans and


objectives. Using analysis SWOT, I can identify strength and weaknesses. Such as
poor financial and poor cost control and strategic location, skills, performance level.
Next, human resources department can Any matter that affects a company's future
demands, such as promotions, retirements, layoffs, and transfers, might be taken into
account by the human resources department. The human resources division can also
take a look at factors from outside the company that may affect labour demand, such
as new technologies that may raise or decrease the demand for personnel.

Others, human resources play a role to make sure the journey of my company will
balancing labour demand with supply. To balance the company's labour supply with
future demand, HR develops a gap analysis that identifies specific needs. A series of
inquiries from the human resources department, like are workers required to pick up
new skills?, do we require more management at the company? And in their current
positions, do all employees play to their strengths?. As a result, human resources
planning can assessing and auditing the current capacity of human resources.

7.0 SELECTION AND RECRUITMENT

The act of selecting one applicant from a pool of candidates to fill a position is
known as selection. Information must be gathered, and each applicant must be
meticulously evaluated and compared in order to select the most acceptable individual.
The most important step in the recruitment and selection process is this one. If an
unsuitable candidate is hired, not only will it be essential to go through the difficult
process of firing the newly hired candidate, but it will also be necessary to repeat the
recruitment and selection process, with all of its time and financial implications.
Therefore, it becomes sense to invest time and resources at this point to guarantee that
only qualified individuals are hired.

The aim of the human resources manager at this level of the recruitment and
selection process is to attract a group of a applicants, all of whom are at least
minimally qualified. From there, human resources can collecting information about
the candidates, choose the most qualified and suitable to be in the Harirah Muslimah
Wear. Outside of the company are potential candidates. There are a few places to find
qualified candidates. Although having access to these resources is crucial, there are
many other elements that affect a company's capacity to recruit suitable candidates.
The elements include the location of the organization, the public image of the
organization, the physical working conditions in the organization, and the internal
policies of the organization, including fair disciplinary practices and whether training
opportunities are made available to employees. For example, in Kangar Jaya, we
found it strategic places was located near station bus and workplace. The cities of
Kangar Jaya had many facilities such as, public transport and near to the bank.

On the other hand, there’s following selection process that can apply by human
resource department such as Preliminary Interviews, Application blanks, Written
Tests,Employment Interviews, medical examination, and appointment letter. Harirah
Muslimah Wear will undertake a few selection process which are employment
interview and preliminary interview. For preliminary interview, which are human
resources by Harirah Muslimah Wear intended to weed out applicants who don't fulfil
the organization's basic eligibility requirements. During the initial interview, the
candidate's abilities, educational history, family background, competencies, and
hobbies are assessed. The final interviews are more structured and formalised than the
preliminary interviews. The company and the job description are briefly explained to
the candidates, and their level of familiarity with the organisation is also assessed.
Screening interviews are another name for preliminary interviews.

Next, employment interview will always use by all the human resources
department for every business. The interviewer and potential candidate converse
directly with one another. It is used to determine whether or not the candidate is the
most suitable for the position. However, these interviews cost time and money.
Additionally, our human resources department will test candidate's qualifications
cannot be assessed. These interviews could occasionally be prejudiced. These
interviews need to be handled carefully. There shouldn't be any distractions in the
room. There should be open communication between the interviewer and the
candidate. Candidates are given an overview of the business and the job description,
and their familiarity with both is questioned.

As a result, because the organization's total performance can be improved by


hiring top-notch resources, the selection process is crucial. New hires can hinder the
work being done due to bad hiring procedures, and replacing them is expensive. The
purpose of the selection process is to find the best qualified individuals for available

To make sure that the proper individual is hired for the job, a number of criteria,
including a candidate's qualifications, experiences, talents, and general attitude,
should be taken into account. It is crucial since a company's performance is closely
correlated with the calibre of its workforce and their capacity to make a meaningful
contribution. Similar to this, a firm is only as good as its people. High talent and skill

levels within the workforce accelerate the expansion of the company. If the right
technical personnel is hired for the right positions, workplace accidents in technical
vocations can be significantly minimised.

To conclude, Harirah Muslimah Wear will started open on April 2023 and located
at Kangar Jaya, Perlis. Human resources department of harirah muslimah wear
plannning and make a blue print for job analysis, job discription, and job specification
for finding a qualified employees to work on our company for each job positian that
provide. Every detailed and characteristic was form as a guidelines for company
having a good employees that can work together to achieve our vision, mission and
objective. As a human resources department, by conducting a fun and engaging
recruitment process, provide amazing opportunities. Employers and potential hires
will have less stress as a result, which will make them more talented when they appear
for interviews.
