Locations and Facilities

Initially, The Company will maintain a home office and will house the transport trailer there as
well. This is not uncommon because transport companies require little equipment and personnel
to start. As the Company grows, Paradise Transport Company will obtain space that provides a
traditional office for employees to comfortably work as well as space to house and park its
transport. The founders expect that this space will be needed within the next three years.

Inventory, Production and Quality Assurance

Paradise Transport Company’s inventory is basically the amount of available “seats” offered to
customers. Since the company runs two, twenty-five passenger busses, three times a week, the
available inventory per week is 150. (25 avail seats x 2 busses = 50 seats; 50 seats x 3
times/week = 150 avail seats per week). This is the maximum inventory the company can offer.
Paradise Transport Company will offer a waitlist for any customers who are interested in making
a reservation after a bus is full.

Paradise Transport Company will provide bus services. In the first year of operation, the
company will run two buses Friday, Thursday, Sunday, and service location: -. By the third year,
Paradise Transport Company will run seven different buses Friday, Thursday and Sunday,

our consumers.
