Hi  ! My name is Angela. I live in Atlanta but on my summer holidays I go to my

grandparents’ farm and enjoy my time there. They live on a big farm in Greenwood. My
grandparents grow vegetables and keep animals. They have six horses, five cows, twenty
sheep, four goats, fifty hens and ten turkeys. They also have two cats and four dogs to
watch and protect the animals while they are in the field. They have a lot of fruit trees, too.

Life is very interesting there. My grandfather John and grandmother Doris are very
busy everyday because they have a lot of things to do.Their day starts very early from 4 a.m
and continues to the sunset. Doris feeds the hens twice a day. Then, she milks the cows. My
grandfather waters the trees and plants. After that, he cleans the barn.

I help my grandparents everyday. I collect eggs and water the flowers. Sometimes, I help
Doris feed the hens. But best of all I like to spend my time with my lovely horse. Its name is
Starry. I like to ride Starry every morning. It’s simply great  !

At the end of the day, we are tired but really happy. I love the countryside. It’s enjoyable  !
