Pressure

Pressure is an emotional barrier which is caused due to several reasons such as many demands from
management, overload in work, performance and deadlines. This is a quite common occurrence at many
organizations. For Example, Performance pressure can help some employees to perform at a high level to
gain promotions or in salary increases whereas some employees can lead to more stress and become
emotionally weak which causes loss in their career growth.

There are many ways to reduce pressure in workplace. By prioritising the work and by maintaining
proper timelines for their designated tasks, we can reduce pressure. When we are stressed, it is easy to
fall into bad habits also like unhealthy things, consuming too much caffeine, not sleeping well, drinking
and many more. So, Under pressure we should take utmost care for ourself and we should set some
boundaries in workplace so that if anyone is delegating too much work, we can draw some boundaries
and try to manage the work without causing pressure.
