BEAUTY IN THE MOMENT

Improvisation takes a lot of creativity and passion to what you are doing. As you
will be creating everything on the spot without any prior choreography or planning, it is
so much important to nurture your creative side by trying out new things which could
help you to have a holistic and wider perspective. However, it is important to note that
one doesn’t have to be creative or passionate first before you can do your improv
because the only thing you need to start with is already inside you, and that’s your inner
reality, your soul that embodies everything that you are. All you need to do is to start
then you will find your creativity and passion will just be developed as you go along. You
just have to learn how to identify what you’re feeling and how to express it.
There are several ways by which you can channel your emotions and share your
soul which include music, dance, visual arts, or theatre depending on your subject of
interest. What makes improvisation so interesting is that it helps you focus on the
present moment thus helping you to be engaged in the reality. This also allows you to
be free from your worries by giving you the opportunity to express yourself and unleash
whatever that is holding you back. Therefore, I can say that improvisation is an art that
can make everyone an artist. No matter where you are and what you are doing, through
improvisation, you can create an art just by creatively expressing what you feel at the
moment.
