Think of your past and most recent experiences with the arts. In the first column, write down your

Encounter with Art
Most recent is last night, I had a direct encounter
with digital art when our sister in Christ who
happened to be one of our new roommates
shared some of her great artworks with us.
Last December 31 , during our new year's
celebration in the ministry, I witnessed an
impressive Theatmical play performed by the
leaders/ our brothers in Christ (Theater+Comical
play)
I also had an experience with arts when we
performed a dance during the same night with
the ladies in the church.
I got to listen to a fantastic wedding band
performance by our brethren in the ministry
during one of their practice.
Last year, I experienced painting with my cousin
when she asked my help for her assignment.
I made an interrogative roleplay script out from
my imagination which turned out to be like a
criminal case investigation.

Why Was it an Experience with Art
I consider it as an experience with art because I
was so amazed of her skills with digital art and
her works are totally amazing. To say she is so
skillful and good at it is an understatement.
Yesterday, she made a chibi from an anime,
finished it for only three hours and it was superb.
It looked like something that I would only find in
Pinterest. She said she's still about to start with
making commissions.
I consider it as an experience with art although I
was only a spectator during that time because I
myself, was in awe of the talent that I have seen,
the wittiness in making the concept of their
performance and of course the creativity that left
a long lasting impression towards their audience.
This I consider as an experience with art not only
because dancing has always been one of the best
arts for me but also because it was one of the
best performance I've ever had.
This is undoubtedly an experience of art not just
because it was my first time to listen to a
wedding band in face to face but most especially
because the sound produced from the harmony,
the blending of their golden voices with the
combined sound of the violin, drum and piano
was just so sweet and unforgettably pleasing to
the ears.
I am not good at painting but I can say this was an
experience with art because I learned to combine
colors to create a wonderful artwork.
One of the literary arts I will never forget. It was
always so rare when I can't get enough of what I
have written so I consider this as an experience
with art. Although we weren't able to present it
in the class due to some reasons, I was grateful
for the opportunity to put my passion into
writing.
