Maximum of them have to take their work in their family
time, i.e.. to their home.

Maximum of them do not feel that they have missed their
personal event due to work but still, the number of those
who believe so is not negligible

Maximum of them feel satisfied, while those who say are
unsatisfied is a non negligible number and rest does not
have any particular opinion on the same.
CONCLUSION

Based on the four main components of work life balance model, it was found that, In Planet
PCI, 21 employees were satisfied with their work life balance, 21 were not satisfied, 11 are
neutral on the statement, 5 are somewhat dissatisfied and rest 2 are dissatisfied.
SUGGESTIONS TO
THE COMPANY

Trying best that employees do not have to take their work on weekends and vacations

until and unless it is an emergency.

Conducting regular sessions on work life balance for the employees

Conducting one on one sessions with all the employees once in a month to know if the

employee is facing any issues.
