This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT ha's be en made this day 2004 between the above mentioned

"Employer". and the above mentioned "Teacher" on the terms and conditions as forth below.

CLAUSE 1 (APPOINTMENT)

The "Employer" agrees to employ the Teacher" during the period stipu lated bereit

The "Teacher" agrees to accept enjoyment and will work in his/her fat capacity for the school."

CLAUSE 2 (PERIOD OF EMPLOYMENT)

The total Agreement term is for one year, commencing on the fruit "Teacher's first teaching day, and
ending on the last teaching day of the "Teacher's Twelfth full teaching session,

During the duration of this contract and without prior consent of the employee, the Employer can deny
a release le Ber to the employer kicking another job pous on elsewhere.

CLAUSE 3 (THE "EMPLOYER"'S RESPONSIBILITIES)

The "Employer" is required to provide support to the "Teacher" in his/her full capacity, working together
to provide quality English instruction under the terms stated in this contract,

b. The "Employer" will honour the trms and conditions of employment, as stated within this contract,
The "Employer" willguarantee the "Teacher" a salary of 2,200,000 Korean Won per teaching month in
 Touqeer Grammar School's Teacher's Contract of Employment

This contract is entered into on the day Thursday of August,

2022 by Israr Ahmad representative of Touqeer Grammar School, the employer,

(hereafter referred to as "the school"), and the Employee,

By entering into this contract, both the school and the teacher hereby agree to the following

Employment Period:

The teacher is employed as a full time teacher from August 1, 2022 and extending to July 31, 202
employment is a trial period during which time the school may terminate this contract without com
should arrive at the school at least a week before the first day of contract period.

Hours of Work

The teacher will work no less than 30 hours per week (Monday-Friday), depending on the numbe
him/her by the school. The teacher recognizes that 30 -35 hours per week is considered optimal f
and will honestly endeavor to accept the optimum number of hours.

Responsibilities of the Employee:

a. The teacher shall work to the best of his/her abilities to teach his her students English as efficie
within the general goals and guidelines set forth by the school. The teacher will familiarize him/he
policies, programs and curricula and attempt to meet the general timetable outlined by school.

b.Theteacher is responsible for the general atmosphere and conduct,academic and social, in his/
behavior of students during his/her scheduled class hours, including break time.

The teacher shall conduct and dress him/herself in a professional manner.

The teacher shall report any specific student difficulties, academic or social, to the school's mana
assistance, communicate with the student's parents in order to effect an appropriate solution to th

consideration of the "Teacher's" teaching hours and proper preparation for the dasses.
