. The Commercial Registration and Business
Licensing Proclamation No. 686/2010 (as
amended by Proclamation No. 731/2012) is
further amended as follows:
1/ sub-article (6) of Article 6 of the
Proclamation is deleted and replaced by the
following new sub-article (6):

"6/ Any person viho, whether registered or
not registered in the commercial
register in accordance with the laws
which were in force prior to the coming
into force of this Proclamation, has
been carrying on a commercial activity
under a license from any government
body, shall be registered within 12
tr'i'9" months from the effective date of this
Proclamation; provided, however, that
the Ministry may undertake registration
