GE Healthcare Learning System (HLS)

GE Single Sign On (SSO) Self Help Guide

Important! - Prior to 22 February 2011, GE SSO was not required to access the HLS.

1) Do you have a GE Single Sign On (SSO) account?

GE SSO is a GE global account system used to allow users, like you, access many different GE
websites with only 1 account.

Yes – If you already have a GE SSO account, select ‘Yes’ and

skip to step 3. You may already have a GE SSO account if you
currently log into GE websites other than the HLS, or if you have
accessed the HLS since 15 February 2011.

No – If you have never logged into another GE website before

and have not been to the HLS since 15 February 2011, select
‘No’ and proceed to step 2.

2) GE SSO Registration (‘No – I DO NOT have a GE SSO account’ ONLY)

After you select ‘No’, GE SSO registration
will open in a new window. Enter your
information and choose ‘Submit’.

Important! – If you already have an HLS

account, use the same e-mail address
stored in the HLS when creating your GE
SSO, and your accounts will sync
automatically.

Select ‘Continue’.

Note: If you already have an HLS account, but do not remember the e-mail you used when
creating your HLS account, you will be provided with the opportunity to manually sync your
GE SSO and old HLS account once you log in with your new GE SSO.

3) Log into GE SSO & Access the GE Healthcare Learning System (HLS)
The GE SSO log in screen opens in a
new window. Enter your ‘User ID’ and
‘Password’. Select ‘Log In’.

Upon successful log in, you will be taken

to the GE HLS.
