QUESTION: What is legislature? Explain

- The legislature of a particular state or country is the group of people in it who have
the power to make and pass laws.

QUESTIONS:
1. bicameralism as compared to unicameralism? Explain

- A unicameral legislature only has one chamber or body that has decision-making
authority, and the bicameral legislature has two chambers, generally with separate
rules and authority, that eventually must cooperate to make decisions and carry out
other legislative duties.

2. What is made up of congress? Explain

- the House of Representatives and the Senate

1. What is an incompatible office? Explain

- A person who holds two official posts but one of them is under the other is said to
possess incompatible offices. The one oversees the other. When the responsibilities
of one public office are carried out, the other's obligations are violated.

2. What is forbidden office? Explain


- However, even if a member of Congress is willing to resign from their position, they
are not permitted to be nominated to any civil job in the government that has been
established or whose pay has increased while they were serving in the house. A post
like that is an illegal office.
