 TASK 13.

1. You can’t speak in Spanish during class, unless it is to request or report an

emergency to the teacher. Because it helps us improve all communication
skills.
2. Moderate the use of electronic devices. Although technology is necessary
and can be a great ally, it can also lead to distractions. You can use your
phone only for an emergency or if the teacher allows it as an educational
aid.
3. You aren’t allowed to chew gum or eat any food in class because it may
bother other students.
4. You can participate in all activities and propose new learning methods to the
teacher.

TASK 14.

Dear Dr Lucia,

About 2 months ago, I was leaving work to go to lunch, I was talking with my mom
on the phone when suddenly a thief on a motorcycle stole my cell phone. I
immediately told my co-workers and they lent me a cell phone so that I could
communicate with my mobile operator and thus block my phone. They told me "you
must go to the bank and change the password of your account". Apart from these
actions, what else would you have done?.
