Mr Jones,
I have been researching our choice for the internet providers over the
past two weeks, and I want to update my progress.
We have two options: H.C. Cable and Toll South. Both offer business
plans, and I will go over the pricing of each plan at the meeting on Tuesday.
Both of the options I listed have comparable speed and data usage offering as
well. I called your personal provider, GoGo Satellite, but they did not have any
business offerings. They primarily do residential internal service.
I will talk with Joe and Susan from IT department about these options
and get their suggestions. I will also send out meeting requests to everyone,
including Mr Morris in operations. If you have any questions prior to the
meeting, please let me know.
Respectfully,
Tina McAden

The Taos Pueblo is the largest many-storied pueblo structure in the United
States. It was a lively community in 1540, when it was observed by Spanish
explorers. It is still inhabited today, and its inhabitants live in much the same way
that their ancestors lived ofr centuries.
The pueblo consists of rectangular blocks made of adobe that are clustered
together and stacked one on top of the other. The pueblo has two main clusters of
buildings, one on the northern side and the other on the southern side of the Rio
Pueblo de Taos river.
Some changes have been made in the pueblo over time, but much has stayed
the same.Windows and doors, for example, have been added to modernize the
pueblo from its early days. However, the method of moving from level to level has
remained the same as it has been for centuries. To move from level to level, the
inhabitants climb on a series of ladders on the outside of the pueblo. There are no
elevators or staircases and no ways to move from level to another in the interior of
the pueblo.

When Medusa saw the sculptures, she whispered that she would have made a
much better subject for the sculptor than Athena had. When Medusa saw the artwork,
she commented that the artist had done a fine job considering the goddess's thick
eyebrows -- but imagine how much more wonderful the painting would be if it was of
someone as delicate as Medusa.
And when Medusa reached the altar she sighed happily and said, “My this is a
beautiful temple. It is a shame it was wasted on Athena for I am so much prettier than
she is – perhaps some day people will build an even grander temple to my beauty.”
Before long the temple was empty of everyone except Medusa, who was so
busy gazing proudly at her reflection in the large bronze doors that she hadn't noticed
the swift departure of everyone else. The image she was gazing at wavered and
suddenly, instead of her own features, it was the face of Athena that Medusa saw
reflected back at her.
“Vain and foolish girl,” Athena said angrily, “You think you are prettier than I am!
I doubt it to be true, but even if it were -- there is more to life than beauty alone. While
others work and play and learn, you do little but boast and admire yourself.”
Medusa tried to point out that her beauty was an inspiration to those around her
and that she made their lives better by simply looking so lovely, but Athena silenced
her with a frustrated wave.
“Nonsense,” Athena retorted, “Beauty fades swiftly in all mortals. It does not
comfort the sick, teach the unskilled or feed the hungry. And by my powers, your
loveliness shall be stripped away completely. Your fate shall serve as a reminder to
others to control their pride.”
And with those words Medusa’s face changed to that of a hideous monster. Her hair
twisted and thickened into horrible snakes that hissed and fought each other atop her
head.
“Medusa, for your pride this has been done. Your face is now so terrible to
behold that the mere sight of it will turn a man to stone,” proclaimed the goddess,
“Even you, Medusa, should you seek your reflection, shall turn to rock the instant you
see your face.”
And with that, Athena sent Medusa with her hair of snakes to live with the blind
monsters -- the gorgon sisters -- at the ends of the earth, so that no innocents would be
accidentally turned to stone at the sight of her.
Instructions:
Step 1 : Remove any rocks, sticks or other objects that would be uncomfortable to
lay on from the area where you’d like to build the tent. Not only will this
make your sleep more comfortable, it will also protect your tent from
getting damaged.
Step 2 : Unroll the tent with the top facing upward over the cleaned area. Remove
the tent poles from the tent bag and unfold them to assemble.
Step 3 : String the tent poles diagonally across the top of the tent using the sleeves
on the tent to hold the poles. Use the elastic cords on each end of the tent
to secure the poles in place and erect the tent. Straighten the tent with
your hands so that it rests evenly and sturdily over the poles.
Step 4 : Remove the stakes from the tent bag and use a hammer or large rock to
pound them into the ground through the loops around the perimeter of the
tent. Make sure the stakes are secure and do not shift easily when pulled
on.

The Magellanic Clouds are hazy glowing patches in the sky that can be seen
with the naked eye from the equator or from the southern hemisphere. They are
actually the nearest galaxies to our galaxy, the Milky Way. They are part of the larger
group to which the Milky Way galaxy belongs.
There are two Magellanic Clouds, one larger and one smaller. The large
Magellanic Cloud is about 180,000 light years away and contains about10 billion stars.
This is about one-tenth as many stars as there are in the Milky Way. The Small
Magellanic Cloud is about 50,000 light-years further away than the Large Magellanic
Cloud and contains only a fraction of the number of stars.
These two galaxies bear the name of Portugueses explorer and navigator
Ferdinand Magellan. Magellan discovered them early in the sixteenth century when he
was sailing on the seas in the southern hemisphere and employing navigational
methods based on the position stars in the sky.

KILIAN JORNET
Born in 1987, Kilian has been training for Everest his whole life. And that really
does mean his whole life, as he grew up 2,000 metres above sea level in the Pyrenees
in the ski resort of Lles de Cerdanya in Catalonia, north-eastern Spain. While other
children his age were learning to walk, Kilian was on skis. At one and a half years old
he did a five-hour hike with his mother, entirely under his own steam. He left his peers
even further behind when he climbed his first mountain and competed in his first cross-
country ski race at age three. By age seven, he had scaled a 4,000er and, at ten, he
did a 42-day crossing of the Pyrenees.
He was 13 when he says he started to take it 'seriously' and trained with the Ski
Mountaineering Technical Centre (CTEMC) in Catalonia, entering competitions and
working with a coach. At 18, he took over his own ski-mountaineering and trail-running
training, with a schedule that only allows a couple of weeks of rest a year. He does as
many as 1,140 hours of endurance training a year, plus strength training and technical
workouts as well as specific training in the week before a race. For his record-breaking
ascent and descent of the Matterhorn, he prepared by climbing the mountain ten times
until he knew every detail of it, even including where the sun would be shining at every
part of the day.
Sleeping only seven hours a night, Kilian Jornet seems almost superhuman. His
resting heartbeat is extremely low at 33 beats per minute, compared with the average
man's 60 per minute or an athlete's 40 per minute. He breathes more efficiently than
average people too, taking in more oxygen per breath, and he has a much faster
recovery time after exercise as his body quickly breaks down lactic acid – the acid in
muscles that causes pain after exercise.
All this is thanks to his childhood in the mountains and to genetics, but it is his
mental strength that sets him apart. He often sets himself challenges to see how long
he can endure difficult conditions in order to truly understand what his body and mind
can cope with. For example, he almost gave himself kidney failure after only drinking
3.5 litres of water on a 100km run in temperatures of around 40°C.
It would take a book to list all the races and awards he's won and the mountains
he's climbed. And even here, Kilian’s achievements exceed the average person as,
somehow, he finds time to record his career on his blog and has written three books,
Run or Die, The Invisible Border and Summits of My Life.

The project funded by HRD Ministry, is India's first robotic system for spinal surgery -
making such procedures right-first-time across skill level of surgeons and affordable to
patients, the researchers at IIT Madras claim.
"Minimally invasive spinal surgeries yield superior results compared to open spinal
surgeries (needs expertise) with faster recovery time, lower infections and better
outcomes. The Spine Surgery Robot we have developed will help in reduction in
procedure time, reducing hospital stay and recovering time for patient," said IIT
Professor, Mohanasankar Sivaprakasam, who is leading the project.
"Our product will also increase safety of the procedure for the patient and reducing
surgeon's radiation exposure. To provide intra-operative guidance, an external position
tracker will be provided to independently track the tool placement and robotic position
on need basis.
"A calibration step will be performed for the external tracker to align the world
coordinates to the 3D model and robot coordinate. Once calibrated, any movement of
the tracker can be extrapolated on to the 3D model ..
