SERVICE HOLIDAY

The Client agrees to provide a compensatory service holiday to the Company. The Service Holiday shall
include Five (5) Sick Day Leave and Two (2) week Vacation Leave. The Client understands that the
Service Holiday mentioned shall be charged in full on Client’s account.

V. Fees 
 
A.   The services under this agreement are provided to the Client free of charge
during the Trial Period. However, a Refundable Deposit in the amount of $100.00
shall be charged to the Client’s account upon the start of this agreement.
 
The Deposit shall be refunded to the Client within 3 days after the termination of this
agreement.
 
B.   The Service Fees should be paid if the Client decides to continue a full service of
the Company and the estimated Service Fees shall be provided in “Annex A” on
page 3 of this agreement.

C.   The Client acknowledges that the Company expends a great deal of energy and
resources to conduct the Free Trial. The Client is expected to observe
professionalism and be reasonably serious in contracting the Company’s services
prior to commencing the Free-Trial.
