Sub: To Impose perfection in handling of Special Product Shipments

In order to the below mentioned special product consignments accurate, safe and secure handling,
we herewith announce that all of our staff including dealing employees of GHA abide by the rules
and obligations which has mentioned in Cargo Manual as well as ready reference handouts and
latest circulars (attached along with the circular ) for an individual special product shipments.

There will be official staff assigned to make sure all the procedures obey these rule and obligations in
each shifts since acceptance till getting acknowledgement receipt of the shipment / shipment
reference mail details from destination. Firm action will be taken to those who did not obey or
violates obligations as per SOP and LOP.

All staff are required to read and sign the circular as an acknowledgement for reference and record
purpose.

Sub: Mode of Cargo Manual Access in Cargo Operational Area(s)

The objective behind the cargo manual of Jet Airways & Jet lite (I) Ltd soft copy installation in all
computer of working area is to provide a ready reference to officers and staff involved in cargo
operations. The manual contains a broad framework of guidelines, which cover various aspects of
cargo operations, and an effect has been made to standardise the diverse operating practices over
9W & S2 cargo network.

The Cargo Operations Supplement is also available for reference which has released by Document
Owner time to time regarding the additional operational information which is supplementary to that
contained in the Cargo Manual will be of semi-permanent or of adhoc nature or with a high degree
of urgency necessitating of distribution.

All Officers / staff can also access the cargo manual and other operational related manuals like
Dangerous Goods Manual, Ground Operational Manual, Security Manual, Human Resources Manual
etc., through company web portal empower.jetairways.com for reference as and when required. The

Live Animals - AVI


The acceptance of live animals is strictly subject to the conditions as described in the current IATA’s
Live Animals Regulations (LAR) and other special restrictions or requirements by 9W/S2 cargo
manual, cargo operations supplement or circulars.

Live Animal booking can’t be made online.

Booking of Live Animals is required at least 2 hours prior departure of flight in domestic and 4 hours
prior departure of flight in International subject to prior verification of required documents and
acceptance formality of cage, baggage booking of live animals if any etc.

Jet Airways / Jet lite will accept a maximum of 3 pet containers on B737 aircraft and a maximum of 5
pet containers on A330 / B777 aircraft in Jet airways, subject to space availability

Live animals are not allowed on ATR aircraft 9W/S2 flights

Live animals along with their respective container weighing up to 32 Kgs, will be accepted as
checked-in baggage. If the weight exceeds 32 Kgs, the same will be accepted for carriage as cargo.

All documents must be in English.

Minimum required documents for Live Animals Booking:-

Domestic International

MAWB Indemnity statement of shipper to be updated
on MAWB under handling information column

Puppies will not be accepted in cargo less than 10 weeks of age at 9W & S2 flights in domestic
sectors and not less than 4 months in International Sectors on Jet airways.

Two adult animals of comparable size of 14kgs weight of each maximum that are used to
cohabitation may be shipped in same container. More weight animal must travel individually.
Up to 6 months older same litter, maximum quantity of three may be shipped in one container /
compartment.

When animals are pregnant or have given birth in the last 48 hours, shipper to be declaring the same
while booking and the same will be accepted subject to veterinary doctor certificate certifying that
the animal is fit to travel and there is no risk during the journey.

All animals must be scanned /screened with a Hand Held Metal Detector (HHMD) prior to
acceptance for carriage by air as baggage / freight

The carriage of animals in an advanced state of pregnancy is prohibited.

Female pets with suckling young and un-weaned puppies / kittens will not be accepted.

Tranquilized /sedative animals are not acceptable in 9W/S2 flights

For Laboratory experimental purpose sending Live Animals are not acceptable in 9W/S2 flights.

Live Rates, Guinea Pigs and other animal emanating a strong odour, reptiles and poisonous animals
are not acceptance in 9W/S2 flights

Ensure the reservation for carriage of animal(s) has been made and all legs are confirmed.

Prior permission to be obtained from transit as well as final destination station by origin station
while booking of transit AVI with sharing of all the information to avoid last minute off-loading of
cargo booking AVI at transit station and to impose restrictions on the number of pets on a specific
flight booking as accompanied baggage.

For Transit Live Animals should not be accepted if there is a stopover /transit of more than 6 hours
for domestic sectors, unless pre arraignments can be made for the owner on behalf of owner
authorized representative to visit, addend to feed and water the animals on special approval basis or
for the Jet Airways / Jet lite handling agent staff to do so on the owner’s behalf.

Incident involving animals during transport a detailed report to be made and sent to VP cargo, safety
and quality assurance manager immediately.

Container/kennel which should be made of non-chewable material with smooth edges and properly
ventilated in the prescribed size as per current edition of IATA Live Animal Regulations

Always ensure that the crate is large enough for your pet to sit, stand and turn around comfortably.
This means an excess space of at least 3 inches on all sides and the top of the crate measured with
your pet standing inside.

Portable kennels or a small container may be accepted provided the construction and ventilation is
considered adequate and meets all size restrictions and general criteria.

An animal and/or container will not be accepted when

 The container is not sufficiently sturdy or is in poor condition which may lead to the animal
escaping easily.
 The container or animal is unclean.
 The animal appears diseased.
 The animal is unduly savage.
 The container could cause injury or suffering to the animal.
 The container fails to meet the IATA regulations stipulating that the animal must be able to:
o Stand up straight
o Lie down without being cramped and
o Turn around within the crate or kennel .

Marking & labelling properly done

IATA Live Animal Label and THIS WAY UP orientation label to be affixed on the cage

24hours emergency contact number with country and area code will be required while booking,
same to be mentioned on MAWB under handling column for immediate reference.

The owner must ensure their pets meet the quarantine requirements. Pets may be subjected to
quarantine at destination at the owner’s expense. The quarantine period may vary and would be at
the discretion of the vet authorities at destination .
Live animals to be stored in dedicate area accordance of IATA Live Animal Regulations. And for
domestic sectors, if no dedicated storage space available, minimum connecting time must be used to
facilitate the shipment.

Jet Airways / Jet lite will not accept the following breed of dogs and cats, including snub nosed, as
these animals are susceptible to increased risk of heat stroke (when exposed to stress or
temperatures above 21 degrees Celsius), breathing difficulties or increased stress due to travel

All snub-nosed dog breeds and their cross-breeds, including

The following cat breeds and their cross-breeds

While accepting the Live Animal, irrespective of the type of cage and locking system, masking tape
has to be firmly wrapped around the cage to reinforce the corners of the wire mesh, which will
prevent the cage door to open up in case the locks malfunction or accidently open up. And while
affixing masking tape need to verify the enough uncovered and ventilated space is available.

Masking tape must be affixed in the presence of handler or owner of the Live Animals
Current IATA Live Animals Check List must be filled while acceptance of AVI for transportation. If the
answer to any question is “NO” which indicates the live animal shipment is not comply with IATA
Live Animal Regulations.

The rejected shipment checklists duplicate copy to be h/o to shipper with reason of rejection of the
shipment details / comments.

Live Animals awaiting dispatch or delivery should be kept in dust free, and in temperature suitable
areas for the particular species.

For extreme temperatures blankets or other suitable means may be placed over the container as a
temporary precaution for short period of time, and care must be taken to avoid suffocation.

Live Animals should not exposed to direct heat i.e direct sunlight or against hot radiators, and if any
unavoidable circumstances then the same to be cooled with available resources to prevent
dehydration or heat prostration. Live animals must not be stores / loaded together with other
animals which are natural enemies, food stuff, Dangerous Goods, Human remains.

RAMP staff must monitor the movement of Live Animals up to departure and on arrival until
delivery.

Live Animals will not transport in open trolleys. Live Animals will be moved in RAMP vehicles and if
bigger size then the same can be sent in closed trolleys with accompanied by cargo staff.

Pre-alert message must be sent to destination and all transit stations.

Prior intimation about cargo AVI booking to be given to commercial & RAMP for their reference and
further planning of same flight further booking from commercial / baggage side.

A NOTOC shall be prepared and issued by the cargo department to commercial RAMP staff for
further H/o to captain for intimation of special load of live animal. After loading in A/c compartment
a signed copy of captain with loaded compartment details copy of NOTOC to be filed for record and
reference purpose along with other documents of live animal till the time of retrieval of documents
as per company policy.

With proper coordination between cargo back up and ramp staff for collection of the Live Animal
from incoming flight for further dispatch from RAMP to W/H in the shortest possible time for
immediate delivery.

Consignee to be informed timely by shipper / origin for anticipated flight arrival time for immediate
collection of the live animal delivery. And if any off-loading or if the flight is delayed then the same
should notified to destination by origin station.

Main metros like Delhi and Mumbai, HUB control will monitor all outgoing, transit and incoming Live
Animal shipment movements and will coordinate with ramp staff time to time for safe and secure
handling of the shipment(s) till departure and till bringing of the incoming Live Animal Shipment(s) at
Incoming W/H for ready for delivery.

After delivery, confirmation message must be sent to origin station by destination station
immediately.

All documents related live animals to be filed in both station i.e. Origin & Destination as per
company policy.

VALUBALE CARGO - VAL


The acceptance of Valuable shipments is strictly subject to the conditions as described in special
restrictions or requirements by 9W/S2 cargo manual and security procedures, cargo operations
supplement or circulars.

All valuable shipments booking is required at least 2 hours prior departure of flight in domestic and
4hours prior departure of flight in International subject to prior completion of verification of
required documents and acceptance procedures.

Confirm booking up to final destination is mandatory for agent booking in system

For direct booking owner / shipper will be completed the booking formalities at domestic counter
prior 2 hours of respective flight departure time.

For domestic counter booking the owner / shipper require to bring his identification proof, company
authority letter if the shipment is booked through company with authorized person signature,
designation and stamp.

Shipper Declaration Form to be filled by owner/ shipper with all details of the Valuable shipment
with declared value of the shipment, accordingly booking will be done in system with special product
code update as “VAL”.

The shipper or his agent shall provide consignee’s telephone number at time of booking for MAWB
update and for immediate intimation to consignee on arrival of the shipment for delivery.

Handling information 24 hours contact number with country and area code is required for
immediate intimation in the event of any unforeseen circumstances i.e. delay, diversion etc.

Acceptance staff of valuable cargo shall ensure the packing of the valuable shipmentsas per standard
requirement of company, marking labelling weight & volume check to be verified correctly and make
sure it’s ready for carriage.

Valuable Cargo booking is not acceptable as CONSOL with other goods.

Valuable cargo must be packaged in non-transparent wooden, metal or hard plastic boxes with
white colour cloth outer packing. The packages must be locked and sealed with company seal on top
of wax seal, tear- and shockproof, designed in such a way that the contents do not fall out.

Any valuable packing which shows any sign of damage, tampering or the package is not in
compliance with the packing requirements will not be acceptable under any circumstances.

Valuable Shipments is planned to arrive during normal customs working hours or special
arrangements to be made for immediate customs clearance on arrival.

Acceptance of Valuable cargo to be done along with security staff and once the acceptance process
is over then the accepted valuable cargo to be shifted immediately to the dedicated valuable cargo
storage area till the time of flight planning under CCTV surveillance and security custody.
As per flight final manifest, the valuable consignment shall be packed in the special handling box (s)
or closed container(s) in presence of security / cargo staff with proper loading and sealing of the
boxes / containers with maintenance of the records of seal no / boxes no details.

The valuable shipment shall be escorted by security staff or authorized person to the departure
aircraft vice versa from incoming aircraft to W/h dedicative location of VAL storage with taking
acknowledgement from custodian /GHA.

Security staff will inform the plastic seal no, SHB, VCB Box / Container No with all other details of VAL
shipment (s) will be given to their office for sending post alert message with loading compartment
details to respective destination as well as Security Control Room-BOM

Load and Trim and Captain shall be notified by special load notification. NOTOC to be got signed
from captain with intimation of special load loaded compartment no.

Pre and Post alert to be sent to respective destination, security department, security control room
and all other concerned with all details of valuable shipment(s).

Transhipment valuable consignment process will be remaining the same from brings the shipment
from aircraft till further departure with security or authorized person escorting and loading in
aircraft. Timely intimation to be sent Load and Trim and NOTOC about transit valuable shipment
details and pre & post alert message to destination, security department and all other concerned.

Any Irregularities found, including broken seals, damage, evidence of tampering, missing or weight
variation then immediately intimation to be sent to respective origin station, security department,
cargo head with proper record maintenance and system updating.

Strong Room periodic inventory check by authorized person with sufficient frequency shall ensure
the security of all valuables and to avoid any miss connections.

Main metros of Delhi and Mumbai, HUB control will monitor all outgoing, transit and incoming
valuable shipment movements and will coordinate with ramp and security staff time to time for safe
and secure handling of valuable consignments till departure and till deposit of the incoming valuable
loads in strong room for ready for delivery.

Valuable shipment shall be released from strong room after verification of person making collection
with retaining of photo copy of his/her identification proof, authority letter along with delivery
order. And as soon the shipment delivered system to be update with DLV status.

All documents related Valuable Shipment to be filed in both station i.e. Origin & Destination as per
company policy.

HUMAN REMAINS – HUM


The acceptance of Human Remain shipments is strictly subject to the conditions as described in
special restrictions or requirements by 9W/S2 cargo manual and security procedures, cargo
operations supplement or circulars.

All Human Remain shipments booking is required at least 2 hours prior departure of flight in
domestic and 4hours prior departure of flight in International subject to prior completion of
verification of required documents and acceptance procedures.

Prior acceptance, a booking shall be made for entire routing, including confirmed booking for any
connecting flight(s)

Human remains shall not consolidate, unless an unlikely event.

Mandatory documents require for Human Remain shipment booking are:-

 Death Certificate from a competent medical authority


 Embalming Certificate with validity date
 Certificate issued by Embassy (Nationality of deceased) with the deceased’s full name, age at
the time of death, place of death etc.
 Local Police no objection certificate
 Cancelled Passport
 Coffin sealing certificate
 Destination airlines counterpart & consignee’s go head confirmation prior booking
Incinerated human remains requests are not accepted

As infectious substances are considered as dangerous in air transport, any Human Remains of which
the death reason is infectious diseases /substances is not accepted

Human Remains must be adequately secured in a tightly closed, leak proof container to prevent
shifting and the escape of offensive odors and fluids.

Human remains must be contained in a hermetically-sealed wooden or metal casket, which must be
packed in a coffinwith sufficient rigidity and padding to protect the container from damage. An outer
packaging of case (crate) must protect the coffin so that the nature of the content is not apparent.
The outer packing should include lifting handles or fittings.

An Adult Human Remain can acceptable from minimum weight of 100kgs to maximum weight of
175kgs.

A child (i.e below 12 years) Human remain acceptable weight is 50Kgs.

In case the deceased is child then “HUM 50” shall be noted in the AWB under filed‘Accounting
Information”
Master Airway bill will be executed with special handling code HUM with emergency contact details
including country and state codes. Also need to keep a detailof accompanied passenger on flight for
an emergency contact purpose.
Mandatory marking & labeling to be done

Human remain connection transit will not be exceed more than 12 hours

Due operational reasons or not available of onward connection within 12 hours if Human Remain
misses connection then shipment to be stored in local mortuary with cold storage facility, charges to
be borne by 9w /S2 including transportation costs.

If the Human Remain misses connection at Origin Station itself and no other flights available then
return the shipment to consignor, request to bring back the shipment for next available connection
flight prior 90 minutes from the time of flight departure.

And any off-loading of Human at transit point same to be informed immediately to Sr. VP, VP-Cargo,
origin and destination

Human Remains must not be stores / loaded together with Live Animals, food stuff, LHO

Human Remain will always to be loaded in the rear bulk hold of all aircraft types operated by 9W/S2,
and may be loaded on the base of pallet, but never over stowed by other load.

Coffins shall always kept in a horizontal position during handling and stowage

Pre & post-alert message must be sent to destination and all transit stations.

Prior information about special cargo Human Remain booking to be given to commercial & RAMP

A NOTOC shall be prepared and issued by the cargo department to commercial RAMP staff for
further H/o to captain for intimation of special load of Human Remain.

NOTOC to be filed for record and reference purpose along with other documents of Human Reamin

FREIGHT ATTACHED CARGO –FAC


The acceptance of FAC shipments is strictly subject to the conditions as described in special
restrictions or requirements by 9W/S2 cargo manual and security procedures, cargo operations
supplement or circulars.

All FAC shipments booking is required at least 2 hours prior departure of flight in domestic and in
International no such shipment can acceptable.

FAC weight will be restricted up to 1Kg only.

Minimum charges will be applicable along with AWB, Delivery charges and other charges if any
subject to handling company involvement at origin /destination port.

Proper Marking & labeling to be done

Commodity Passports are not acceptable under FAC consignment and the commodity should always
mentioned by shipper on his certification / IDG as Travel Documents

After acceptance of the FAC shipment the same to be kept in designated location under special
monitor till the time of flight planning, loading and dispatch from W/H.

Soon getting flight manifest, flight tallying staff to load the FAC in SHB Box or Priority Bag with
displaying the identification tag to be tied on the handle of SHB box or grip point of priority bag
(neck) with Flight No, Date and destination details.

The details of loading of the FAC in SHB / Priority Bag to be mentioned in respective flight tally
manifest FAC AWB and the mode of dispatch from W/H to Airside till RAMP for further reference for
back / system staff to update the details in system.

Once the FAC loaded SHB / Priority bag dispatched from Airside to RAMP for further loading, the
dispatcher to be taken confirmation for the receipt of the same at RAMP side from the Cargo RAMP
staff to make assurance that the same is reached at RAMP S.O.D custody for further action.

Cargo RAMP staff will supervise at A/c loading and will update the loaded compartment / hold
details to back up staff for further sending post alert message to destination.

Transit FAC’s to be connected as per booking with sending post alert forwarding flight details, mode
of dispatch of shipment i.e. SHB/priority bag and compartment/hold information.

Due any operational reason if the FAC shipment including transit is off-loaded then the same
information to be updated to shipper, consignee and respective transit and destination immediately
with confirmation of further planning flight details.

Similarly incoming flight arrival FAC shipment including transshipment, pre-alert message of origin
station to be verified timely i.e. prior flight arrival at destination.

Information of the special handling shipment of FAC to be informed to RAMP S.O.D for the details of
shipment sent in SHB /Priority Bag with loading compartment details for immediate retrieval of the
same for further dispatch to W/H for timely delivery.
After flight segregation, the FAC to be kept in dedicated area till the time of delivery at Incoming
W/H.

And in case consignee is not taken delivery timely then the shipment arrival information to be given
over phone to consignee for the shipment arrival and the same available for delivery with giving
details of demerge charges policy.

Main metros like Delhi and Mumbai, HUB control will monitor all outgoing, transit and incoming FAC
shipment movements and will coordinate with ramp staff time to time for safe and secure handling
of the shipment(s) till departure and till deposit of the incoming FAC Shipment(s) for ready for
delivery.

The shipment status to be updated in system immediately as delivered, after delivery.

All documents related FAC’s to be filed in both station i.e. Origin & Destination as per company
policy.
Circular No: 12 Dated: 07th July 2017

FAST TRACK – DPX


It’s one of our premium products which is offered airport to airport exclusively on Jet Airways
domestic network. Focused on general cargo from point to point service and comes with a MONEY
BACK guarantee if not flown as booked.

Fast Track is available only domestic network, connected b y Boeing – 737 aircraft only.

Higher Loading and Higher Delivery priority.

Fast Track shipment(s) will booked under an airway bill with a product name mentioned as
FASTTRACK in the special handling box. Product code to be mentioned as DPX for upliftment.

Customers must tender Fast Track shipments for transportation at the Origin Cargo Terminal “Ready
for Carriage” (packed & labelled) no later than 120 minutes prior to scheduled time of flight
departure.

FAST-TRACK product label to be affixed on all bags is mandatory for easy identification.

The DPX shipment(s) must fly as booked by the customer. Uplift with code DPX will be guaranteed
on the flight as booked and will always gain access to space regardless of availability.

Dangerous Good(s), Valuable(s), Human Remain(s), Live Animal(s) and Perishable(s) are not
acceptable under FAST-TRACK.

FAST-TRACK not valid for ATR flights / routes.

FAST-TRACK not valid for flights to LKO and PAT sectors.

No Trans-shipment FAST TRACK cargo allowed – Only point to point service to be acceptable.

From the time of arrival of FAST-TRACK cargo at truck dock area till dispatch of the cargo at RAMP-
BAY each stage details to be recorded for close monitor timely dispatching from W/H.

Airside dispatcher to be communicated with RAMP staff for sharing details of FAST TRACK shipment
loaded trolley(s) detail for make assurance of timely reporting the trolley(s) at BAY under the wings
ready for loading on priority to its respective flights.

Priority Trolley(s) details to be shared with Load & Trim for planning of priority loading in A/c.

RAMP staff to be present at respective flight loading of FAST-TRACK and will communicate the
loading compartment details to back-up / system controller for system update and for sending post
alert messages to destination with loading compartment details.

Due operational reasons, if any DPX piece / load off-loaded then the shipper and destination to be
informed immediately and with their permission the same to be re-manifested on first available
flight on priority.

For incoming DPX shipment(s) pre-alert will be sent by origin to be referred.

Pre-alert messages of DPX must acknowledge.


Information of DPX arrival details to be circulated to all involved staff for their reference and to bring
the cargo to Incoming W/H for timely delivery.

FAST-TRACK shipment(s) retrieval time at the destination cargo terminal no later than 90 minutes

Cargo arrival notification to be given to agent over phone or an email if the consignee does not
collect the shipment within 120 minutes, with system Notes update.

Main metros like Delhi and Mumbai, HUB control will monitor all outgoing and incoming DPX
shipment movements and will coordinate with ramp staff time to time for safe and secure handling
of the shipment(s) till departure and till deposit of the incoming DPX Shipment(s) for ready for
delivery.

The shipment status of DLV to be updated within 90 Minutes as delivered, after delivery.

All documents related DPX’s to be filed in both station i.e. Origin & Destination as per company
policy.

P.O.MAIL
The acceptance of P.O.MAIL(s) is strictly subject to the conditions as described in special restrictions
or requirements by 9W/S2 cargo manual and security procedures, cargo operations supplement or
circulars.

For classification of mail(s) please refer cargo manual 12.1.1

Post office mail is high priority carried by airline

The postal label is attached to the neck of every mail bag(s). Normally, different colours are adopted
for labels to indicate contents of the bag (Dark Red- Registered Mails, White – Normal letters and
post cards and Green colours – Empty Mail bags etc.…)

Postal Mail always be accompanied by AV7 or M57 along with flight manifest.

While acceptance of the mail bags from mail authorities make sure the total pieces, weight,
destination details are mentioned correctly and the same are tallied prior acceptance from their
office as per the documents of AV7& or M57.

All seals on the mail bags are the proper seals and they are intact.

All mail bags to be properly tagged with MAIL AWB No, destination and total no of pieces prior
dispatch the mail bags from mail authorities’ office to W/H to avoid misrouting and discrepancies.

Make sure the mail bags are good condition, without any tear and holes with proper mail bag tags
affixed on neck of the bag.

If any mail bags off-loaded due security reason during screening, then the same to be h/o back to
mail authorities with giving reason of off-loading of those bags with necessary amendment of total
pieces and weight on their records as well as in our system for final flight manifest.

After completing the mail bag(s) acceptance, mail must be stored in secure area for prior loading.

The booking of the mail bags to be done under three heading of commodities like APO, Ordinary and
Speed Post and no other commodities to be used.

MAIL AWB bookings can be identified with special prefix “MAL”

All the mails must manifested under a separate heading “Post Officer MAIL’’.

And there is no mail planned on the flight then “NIL” manifest to be raised.

Two set of mail documents (i.e. AV7 or M57) to be dispatched with flight manifest to transit /
destination without failure and one set of documents to be filed at origin for record and bill
reconciliation purpose.

Transit mail bags to be planned as per booking

If any mail bags are received at transit point are un-identified/ open / torn /damaged then the same
to be sent to local postal authorities for their inventory process and for their confirmation for further
planning or the same to be h/o at local mail authorities’ with their acknowledgement receipt.
All discrepancies to be updated in system immediately with proper mail intimation to its respective
stations with all concerned person for further action.

OAL mails to be H/O to other airlines with taking acknowledgement receipt on AV7 & manifest with
airlines stamp, signature and date with proper system update.

If connecting flight is cancelled or delayed by more than 3 hours such mail shall be h/o to the local
postal office with system update and to sending mail to all involved stations.

The information of cancelled and delayed flight details to be sent to mail authorities through mail for
taking their advice for further planning or re-routing the mail shipments or h/o back the mail bags to
local postal office confirmation.

For all the mail discrepancies i.e. Missing, Found, Damaged etc., the IRR to be raised in system with
proper mail communication to involved stations and all other concerned. Tracer to be raised as per
company policy for missing bags with proper maintaining of records.

The shipment status to be updated in system immediately as delivered, after delivery.

All documents related P.O.MAIL to be filed in both station i.e. Origin & Destination as per company
policy.

ALL OTHER SPECIAL LOADS

The other special loads are strictly subject to the conditions as described in special restrictions or
requirements by 9W/S2 cargo manual and security procedures, cargo operations supplement or
circulars.

For all other special loads standard procedures, please refer cargo manual latest revision.

Special Loads to be handle with additional care from the stage of acceptance till delivery.

Pre-post alert messages to be sent timely to involved stations for reference and further
arrangements.

Special loads which is require to prior intimation to Load and Trim and Flight dispatch to be followed
timely with sharing of required information through an e-mail.

Special loads must fly as booked under update of special product code with proper system update
with all confirmed connection till final destination.

If any off-loading of special loads due an operation reasons, then the message to be given to
shipper/consignee and involved stations immediately with proper system update.

And off-loaded shipment to be planned on next available flight on priority basis subject to
commodity and shipper’s go ahead.

From dispatch of the shipment(s) from Airside till RAMP and further loading confirmation co-
ordination to be taken place between W/H, dispatcher, RAMP, back-up and system staff without any
deviation.

If any discrepancy(s) noticed during transportation or at destination then the same to be updated in
system with proper follow-up(s) to be taken till the time of delivery.

IRR to be raised for the MSCA and timely tracer(s) to be raised as per company policy till the time of
search the missing piece and after 3 tracers still the piece is not traced / located then the
information to be given to the shipper & consignee for further course of action as per their advice
and as per the company policy.
