before it expires

1. Change your password before it expires using the link
https://genpact.identitynow.com

2. Login with OHR ID/Password

3. Click on Profile name → Password Manager

4. Click on Change Password

5. Setup the new password and wait for the success message

Follow the below steps to set your password for the first time:

1. Click on Need help in signing? Click here

2. Choose ‘New user login’
3. Enter your OHR ID and select the preferred method (SMS, Email & Provide code via helpdesk)

4. Input the 6-digit code received. This code will be valid only for 10 minutes

5. Click on Change Password and wait for Success confirmation

 Reset your password
after expiry

1. Click on Need help in signing? Click here

2. Choose ‘Forgot Password’

1. Input the 6-digit code received via SMS, email or the token from helpdesk

2. Set the new password

3. Click on ‘Change Password’

4. Wait for the success confirmation

1. Click on Need help in signing? Click here

2. Choose Unlock account
3. Enter OHR ID
4. Select preferred method (SMS, Email & Provide code via helpdesk)
