Comment: it’s ok to be quite if you are collaborating and it’s not impacting your work

What you enjoy most about your role:

Designing new websites that are totally different from each other.

What you least enjoy about your role:

Last minute design changes or reworking or the design after its completed.
Comment: Though website designing is subjective but to give you baseline, we are developing questionnaire
for customers to have better understanding leading to avoid the changes after completion.

What do you feel has been a major achievement in your role so far:
That I have made 4 websites live.

Comment: Your capabilities are higher and realistically it should be 1 website every fortnight ie. 2 websites
per month.

In 12 Months from now, what have you hope to have developed in line with your career plan:
I hope to learn .net & Kentico.
Comment: Agree. Parth will send link for Kentico invitation.

What does your ideal role look like considering your strengths:
Team Leader of Development Team

Comment: It’s ultimate plan but we need to focus on having more streamlined processes to design website
on coming 6 months.
