Greetings...

In ref of our last meeting held at ICA HO dt. 19th July'22 please find

the following checks against new franchisee location deal closing.

1. When you are starting discussion with prospective party -

immediately need to share the lead to ICA

2. Lead should have well background to run the franchisee education business.

3. After licence fees transfer to ICA account, prospective BP should

face interview with our CEO.

4. If it is rejected by CEO, then paid licence fees will be refunded

to the party.

5. No amount will be collected from the party by you in the name of ICA.

6. Tier 2 locations - Rs. 3 Lacs + GST and Startup kit cost Rs. 72 k

    Tier 1 locations - Rs. 5 Lacs + GST and Startup kit cost Rs. 72 k

7. You may take help from us to close any deal

Payment terms:

After receiving of complete Licence fees and CEO's confirmation we

will pay to you 22.5%  of Licence fees as consultancy charge.

TDS will be applicable as per Govt. law.

Also discussed if you close Tier 2 locations with the Licence fees of

Rs. 4 Lacs + GST instead of 3 lacs + GST, in such case we will pay to

you 30.0%  of Licence fees as consultancy charge.
