    Overview

    Introduction:
    The purpose of the trial is to improve Uplink throughput
    Description:

    UlIblerAdjustSwitch :Indicates whether to enable the uplink initial block error rate (IBLER) adjustment algorithm.

    Expected Benefit &drawbacks:

    If this switch is on, IBLER convergence target is adjusted to increase the cell edge throughput.
    Uplink throughput in benchmark drive tests increases.
    In live networks, if large-packet services need to be transmitted in the uplink, turning on this switch
    increases uplink throughput, increases throughput of cell edge Ues
