    CARRIERS IN CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT 1

    Abstract

    Construction management is a hard field to work in. There are many jobs and areas someone

    could do for a construction career. Some jobs found within construction are: construction

    manager, construction worker, landscaper, carpenter, and home remodeler. People go into

    construction because they enjoy building things, and they are also good at making structures.

    Construction is also a job almost anyone can do and get employed easily.

    To start a business in construction, a person must have many certifications. And a few

    certification someone needs are: certified construction manager, green business certification, and

    American institute of constructors. Creating a construction business involves getting a business

    license and registering the business. After that, comes the application for a tax ID, then

    researching the permits a business owner needs. The things that come with that are preparing

    business documents and applying for the license.

    When you are starting a construction business it takes alot of time and patience. You need to

    high workers that are dependable and have some skill set. The other task that can be difficult is

    getting your business out to the public with advertising. That takes money and the right thing to

    display or show what your business is all about, especially with no references to go by.
