The official language of Alexmun 2022 is English, with the exception of the Spanish
language committees, if any delegate is caught speaking any other language in the
debate they will be subject to a warning, this includes diplomatic notes and
conversation during the unmoderated caucus.
Delegates are allowed to speak any other language during their breaks.

Conduct

- All delegates are requested to maintain a respectful and diplomatic posture,

this behavior extends not only to debate sessions but also to breaks and
ceremonies.

- The use of offensive comments or acts will have a zero-tolerance policy,

resulting in immediate expulsion from the model.

- It is strictly requested to use the selected pronouns of each delegate, if any

fault is found in the first incidence, a warning will be given, in the second
reoccurrence, it will be used as a reprimand suspension of the debate and as
the last instance the expulsion of the model.

- Using the incorrect pronouns accidentally is not the same as purposefully

attacking someone's identity. Still, we ask you to do your best in respecting
others in order to maintain a diplomatic and respectful environment.

- Violent behavior is unacceptable, this clause covers insults or physical

aggression, towards a delegation during the debate.

- All students from Bachillerato Alexander Bain will have further consequences
than expulsion and they will be subject to the school´s regulations.

- During the sessions, no one is allowed to leave the room unless given explicit
permission by the chair. This permission can be asked via diplomatic note.
