3. 電圧/Voltage
①主電源は AC100/220V±10%であること。/Main power supply should be AC100/220V±10%.

②ﾊﾞｯｸｱｯﾌﾟ電源は DC24V+30%～-20%であること。

4. 起動ｼｰｹﾝｽﾞ/Start Up sequence
①ﾗｽﾄｱｼﾞﾏｽ～ﾛｰﾀ回転～追従開始は正常であること。
/Last azimuth～rotor rotating～follow up start should be normal.

a. POWER ｽｲｯﾁ ON (約 8 秒待つ)/ Turn on the POWER (Wait about 8 seconds.)

b. ﾗｽﾄｱｼﾞﾏｽ(ｶｰﾄﾞが 360°旋回) /Last azimuth (the card swerve into 360 degrees.)

c. 初期方位設定(▲/▼、次に ACK/ENT) /Initial bearing setting (▲/▼、then ACK/ENT)

d. ﾚﾍﾞﾘﾝｸﾞﾓｰﾄﾞ(約 1 分間) /Leveling mode (about 1 minutes)

・・・・・・②鋭感部起立時ﾊﾝﾁﾝｸﾞは無いこと。
/Sensitive elements should not be hunting, when stand up.

・・・・・・③鋭感部起立時ﾛｰﾀﾚﾍﾞﾙ気泡は出ていること。
/Sensitive elements should be rotor level, when stand up.

ｅ. ﾛｰﾀ回転上昇(約 2 分間) /The rotor rotation rise (about 2 minutes).

ｆ. 追従開始(GYROLED 点灯) /The follow up starts (GYROLED light up).

・・・・・・④鋭感部ﾛｰﾀの回転音、振動は大きく無いこと。
/Sensitive element should not be rotary rotor big sound and big vibration.

5. 操作ﾊﾟﾈﾙ / Operating panel
①POWER ｽｲｯﾁ ON/OFF 作動は正常であること。
/ The power switch ON/OFF movement should be normal.

②ﾗﾝﾌﾟﾃｽﾄ(▲＋▼)は全 LED 点灯すること。/ LAMP TEST(▲＋▼) should light up all LED.

③照明調整(▲/▼)ができること。/ It should be able to adjust the lights(▲/▼).

④「TRUE」表示ができること。/It should be able to indicate the 「TRUE」.

⑤「EXT」表示ができること。/It should be able to indicate the 「EXT」

⑥「COMPASS」表示ができること。/It should be able to indicate the 「COMPASS」.

⑦「SPEED」表示ができること。/It should be able to indicate the 「SPEED」.

⑧「TURN」表示ができること。/It should be able to indicate the 「TURN」.

⑨「LATITUDE」表示ができること。/It should be able to 「LATITUDE」.

6. 出力信号/ Output signals
①ｽﾃｯﾌﾟ信号受信機器(ﾚﾋﾟｰﾀｺﾝﾊﾟｽ)方位(4 方点)は±0.5°で追従すること。
/The step signal reception machinery (repeater compass) should be followup within ±0.5°.

②ｼﾘｱﾙ信号受信機器方位(4 方点)は±0.5°で追従すること。
/The serial signal reception machinery should be Follow up within ±0.5°.

○操作ﾊﾟﾈﾙの DISP+SET を同時に押し、POWER ｽｲｯﾁ ON にする(ﾃｽﾄﾓｰﾄﾞ b)。

/Press DISP+SET on the operating panel, turn on the POWER (test mode b).

○「ｔ―ｂ」点滅となり、ｶｰﾄﾞ一旋回する。
/Flash 「ｔ―ｂ」, the card swerve into 360 degrees.

○▲/▼で、0/90/180/270°に合わせ ACK/ENT を押す。

/Set 0/90/180/270°by ▲/▼ then press ENT

③ROTI 指示計旋回角速度(±5～30°/min)は追従すること。
/ The Rate of turn (±5～30°/min) should be Follow up.
⇒Adjustment point MIFC PWB VR1: offset./VR2: gain.

○操作ﾊﾟﾈﾙの ACK/ENT+ ▼ を同時に押し、POWER ｽｲｯﾁ ON にする(ROTI ﾓｰﾄﾞ)。

/Press ALARM ACK+ ▼ on the operating panel at the same time, turn on the POWER (ROTI mode).

○「ｒｔ． (－)」点滅となり、ｶｰﾄﾞ一旋回する。/Flash 「ｒｔ． (－)」, the card swerve into 360 degrees.

○ ▲/▼ で P/S 0、5、10、20、30°/min に合わせ ACK/ENT を押す。

/Adjust to P/S 0、5、10、20、30°/min by ▲/▼, then press ACK/ENT.

 ④ﾚﾋﾟｰﾀｺﾝﾊﾟｽ照明は調整できること。

①真方位起動時は 3 時間以内に静定(0.7°以内)すること。

 不具合事例 / Deficient example
（１）鋭感部ｺﾈｸﾀが接触不良していた。ｺﾈｸﾀが浮いた状態であった。
ｺﾈｸﾀは確実にとりつけること。
/Sensitive element connector did poor contact. The connector was in condition to have loosened.
The connector should be install surely.
