Winpack: Major Overhaul Redux Before & After
1. Developing the Initial Teaser & MP was challenging in just upgrading to this level, taking from July through November 2020
2. Preliminarily reaching out to both Advent International & HIG Capital (PE Funds) resulted in Q&A rounds that led to Video
Conferences with Business Owners. It became clear the original 1st upgraded version of the MP fell way short with Investment
Committees looking at this Opportunity as a non-differentiated Commodity. A supplemental brief was sent to help but was not
sufficient for either PE Fund.
3. Extensive research to create a strong foundation for Market Environment Analysis (MEA) was performed between December
2020 and January 2021 to significantly overhaul and redux the MP and Teaser. This also resulted in identifying new targets,
nearly double the originally contacted targets.
