1. Introduction
FLBase+ software resides on a master station PC and can be used to:-

Create a network of TWS/DSFL devices easily and

quickly

Communicate to remote TWS/DSFL devices and provide

fast automatic listings of exact fault positions

Display results shortly after a line trip – no operator

intervention is required

Automatically email results to maintenance departments

to get repair crews moving faster.

Monitor the health status of the fleet of TWS/DSFLs and

alert operators to potential problems.
