SUMMARY OF FACTS
The Consignee, PT Nagase impor-expor Indonesia imported a consignment of 66,300 Kgs of Polyether
1 Polyol Inovol F5631 packing in flexible bag with total 3 flexible bags or equivalent to 3 x 20’GP
Containers from Qingdao to their premises at West Java via Jakarta Port.
This consignment was loaded on board MV “CMA CGM CAIMEP”. The vessel was departed from

Qingdao, China on (unknown date) and arrived at Tanjung Priok Port, Jakarta on May 24, 2021.
Upon arrival, the vessel berthed alongside the wharf and the cargo was directly discharged at JICT CY.
It was noted by CY operator that was found leaking from the container TRHU2701544, then evacuate

the container to chassis bathtub for safety and prevent pollution. The container was hold in JICT while
waiting for custom approval before taken out the container from port to warehouse.
On June 11, 2021 reported by consignee representative Container was taken out from port to

PT.Agung Raya warehouse. During shifting the leakage still dripping out of the container
On June 14, 2021 we attend to warehouse to check the container condition and to find the nature of
leakage. Base on our inspection there was no significant damage on container but the leakage still
5 dripping . Then we decided to open the container to check flexi bag inside. After visual check on
container and flexi bag inside, we discussed with consignee and flexi bag representative about
transloading plan. We planned to transload the cargo to new flexi bag and container.
We are plan to revisit the warehouse on June 15, 2021 to attend the transloading process while

waiting for new container and fitting the flexi bag into it.
