UNDERTAKING

I Mr. Abdul Raheem Tariq son of M Tariq Sheikh, am serving as Junior

Auditor (B-11) in the office of the Director General Audit, Postal & Telecommunication
Services, Lahore, declare that:

i) I have occupied Second & Third floor of House situated in Street No.
44, Toheed Abad (Ravi Road) Timber Market Lahore with effect from
_____________.

i) I will pay the difference, if any, of the monthly rent demanded by the
owner of the house and monthly ceiling allowed by the Government,
to the owner without involving my office viz. Director General Audit,
Postal & Telecommunication Services, Lahore.

ii) I will not sub-let my occupied area or any part of it.

2. The facts stated above are correct and true and nothing has been
concealed. If anything found incorrect, I will be responsible for that and I will be bound
to return the whole expenditure incurred there upon.
