Consent of the owner

I, Mr. Abdul Majeed Butt son of Mr. Abdul Haq Butt, Resident of House, 19,
Toheed Abad near Lal Masjid Lahore hereby have given my consent to rent out Second & Third
floor of my house situated in Street No. 44, Toheed Abad (Ravi Road) Timber Market Lahore to
Mr. Abdul Raheem Tariq, Junior Auditor (B-11), employed by Government of Pakistan,
Department of the Auditor-General of Pakistan, Office of the Director General of Audit, Postal
& Telecommunication Services, Lahore at monthly rent of Rs.35,000/- (Thirty Five thousand
only), with effect from ___________. If the rent demanded by me is higher than the sanctioned
amount by the Director General of Audit, Postal & Telecommunication Services, Lahore the
difference will be payable by Abul Raheem Tariq, Junior Auditor direct to me. The
Government will not be a party to this transaction nor will I ever have any claim on the
Government for the same.

2. In case the house after having been hired by the Government is vacated by the
above-named Government employee during the currency of the agreed lease period, I shall
refund the balance of advance rent if any outstanding for the remaining period, if so required by
the Director General of Audit, Postal & Telecommunication Services, Lahore in order to get
back the possession of the house. If I fail to make this refund, the Director General of Audit,
Postal & Telecommunication Services, Lahore, may utilize the house for another government
employee for the residential period on the rent as agreed by me in the lease agreement with the
Director General of Audit, Postal & Telecommunication Services, Lahore.

3. It is hereby affirmed/declared that the house has not been rented out to any other
Government employee or any other person through Estate Office, Lahore or any other office or
privately and the same is complete in all respect and fully habitable. If it is not found so on
inspection the occupation allowed by the Director General of Audit, Postal &
Telecommunication Services, Lahore, shall automatically stand withdrawn/cancelled.
