Seminar that change my perspective

I am a nursing student but I can be able to joined many organizations I tried to have 5
organizations that has events, webinar, programs that I can attend and learn many things on that. As of
now the biggest webinar that I joined at is the Dilaab of Institute of nursing student council the speakers
are Ms.Minette Macalintal, Hon. Sandra S. Montano, Hon. Sarah jane Elago and the Hon. Francis
Pangilinan, Hon. Risa Hontiveros, Hon. Francis Joseph Escudero and last but not the least is our vice
president Ma. Leonor Robredo on October 31,2020 and the organizers of this are the student in nursing
of far eastern university I am so proud that I am part of this organization that I can be able to grow and
learn with my fellow nursing student I gained lots of sisters and brothers that sometimes be able to help
me out.

The seminar is all about raging leadership even in our current situation now be committed to
your career and do good and your best. This seminar also taught us how to be make in action once you
are a leader. They also discussed tips and their struggles before and how they turn out to be one of the
excellent leaders and people as of now. They also taught how to cope up on these struggle times and be
positive and be mindful that all problems there is a solutions. They also said that if you are passionate
and have a heart to serve even your are tired it is never a problem and cannot be a barrier to stop.
Making an effort is really important and as a student we are capable of making change we have a
potential in everything and we need to strengthen our strength and conquered our weaknesses. Also
boundaries is never the issue being afraid of doing things are really the problem because that
boundaries if you challenge yourself and you accept it maybe that boundaries can be a help for you.

Our voices also are really important it can cause change for the better. I want to pursue this kind
of path and struggles will never make me stop to reach my dreams and goals I want to serve and I will be
happy doing this kind of work even they said that is a very hard type of work but I want this kind of path
and career and trusting myself is very important because as a well being you can be an instrument and a
help to other people. I learned that each one of us have our own struggles and to be able to succeed we
need to surpassed that also believe in yourself and trust God because he has a plan to each one of us
and we all have a purpose and we are here to serve and be better for ourselves, our family , to other
people that will need us and most importantly to our country that needs us.
