Statement of Purpose

For me, one of the main reasons for joining the National Law Institute University, Bhopal
("NLIU") was the rich and vibrant mooting culture it offers to its students. In pursuance of that, I
spent my first year at NLIU competing in numerous open challenges, where I gained valuable
experience. While participating in a moot is a great experience, I have always wondered what it
must be like to organise a moot competition or just to be part of the process that goes on in NLIU
Moot Court Association ("MCA").

I believe I should be a part of MCA not only for what MCA can offer me, but also for what I can
offer MCA. I am skilled in designing and editing templates, posters, and videos using Canva,
with which I can help the cell in enhancing its social media outreach. In the last year, I have been
a part of the Center for Labour Laws at NLIU and have drafted many mails and done various
logistical works. Moreover, I have also helped in managing different tasks of offline events.

Being a member of MCA, I believe, will assist me in honing my advocacy, drafting, and research
skills, as well as in pursuing a litigation career. Additionally, its membership will give me an
opportunity to interact with well learned senior members of the cell and get precious experience
and lessons from them.

If you're searching for someone with new ideas, a desire to learn and, of course, unlearn, the
capacity to work under pressure, strong leadership and managerial abilities, who adheres to
deadlines and is prompt and responsible, you should absolutely give me a chance; I'll do my best
not to disappoint.
