Hardscape palette

Wood
Preferably dark-colored woods
such as walnut, mahogany, or
maple. Staggered timbers may
be used as a design element.

Glass
Tempered glass, with tint for
added privacy.

Brick
Dragfaced bricks for building
finish, preferably in natural light
colors. Staggered bricks in grey
for walkways, open area, and
laundry area.

Cement
Polished cement for building
finishes, exposed aggregate for
car park and driveway.
