・This is a remarkable area with a bustling population in Hanoi; Wide highways are being constructed, the BRT is opening up which connects central Hanoi and Ha Dong district, 
and future preparations for a city wide high‐speed rail system (2018) are in place.
・With high rise apartments and villa housing development projects currently underway, this is an area where we can expect to see further growth in the population

・Exterior Design : Image perspective
• The concept and design was inspired by the image of SC wrapped in clothing
→The size of the hole in the panel and density creates the illusion of moving cloth. In addi on, the glass part ac vely 
disseminates the bustle inside the SC,  and incorporates the interior and exterior.
・ The image of a “wrinkle” line forms by using a large canopy at the entrance.
・Produce a bustle of commerce with the atmosphere that exudes from glass, billboards, color usage of louvers, etc. view

1. Kitchen Exhaust duct (KEA) & Kitchen Fresh Air duct (KOA):

 All kitchen exhaust duct under table/ on floor should be use Galvanized steel duct thickness 1.2 mm or fireproof material (see Table 1)/ Tất cả ống hút
khói bếp lắp dưới bàn/trên sàn phải dùng ống thép mạ kẽm có chiều dày tối thiểu 1.2mm hoặc dùng vật liệu chống cháy (xem bảng 1).

 For kitchen Exhaust duct (included Flexible duct) under chair use material same as duct under table but need install heat insulation outside duct by
Rockwool thickness 50mm or other material same quality/ cho ống hút khí thải bếp (kể cả ống gió mềm) đặt dưới ghế ngồi dùng vật liệu như ống đặt
dưới bàn, nhưng cần phải bọc cách nhiệt bên ngoài ống gió bằng Rockwool dày 50mm hoặc vật liệu khác chất lượng tương tự.

install oil collection point on main kitchen exhaust duct/ cho ống hút khói bếp trên trần phải dung ống thép tráng kẽm dày 1.2mm (bao gồm ống hút khói
bếp chính & ống nối tới miệng gió), và phải lắp điểm thu dầu trên đường ống hút khói bêp chính.

 Install check point at exhaust duct under table/under chair/on floor for checking, oil collect & cleaning weekly (see Table 1)/ phải mở lỗ thăm tại ống hút
khói bếp dưới bàn/dưới ghế/trên sàn cho mục đính kiểm tra, thu dầu và vệ sinh định kỳ hang tuần (xem bảng 1).

 Should be install KOA duct (double duct system) for area install KEA duct/ phải lắp ống gió cấp khí tươi nhà bếp cho khu vực lắp ống hút khói bếp.

 After finished install need to take picture for evident & Witness by Tenant Coordinator/ sau khi đã hoàn thành lắp đặt cần phải chụp hình để minh chứng

2. STOVES ROOM / PHÒNG BẾP LÒ ( LÒ THAN):

 Need to install sprinkler head 141oC & Rase Heat detector 93oC /phải lắp đặt đầu chữa cháy 141oC và đầu báo nhiệt loại gia tăng 93oC.
 Kitchen exhaust duct should be insulation by Rockwool thickness 50mm or other material same quality/ ống hút khói phải được bọc cách nhiệt bằng
Rockwool độ dày 50mm hoặc vật liệu khác chất lượng tương tự.
 Install thermostat for checking temperature inside room /lắp đặt nhiệt kế để kiểm tra nhiệt độ trong phòng này.
3. POWER CABLE INSTALL UNDER TABLE & CHAIRS/CÁP CẤP NGUỒN LẮP DƯỚI BÀN VÀ GHẾ:
 All Power cable under table & under chair should covered by insulation conduit or Flexible steel conduit (see table 1)/ Tất cả dây cáp đi nguồn đi dưới bàn
và ghế phải được bọc bởi ống luồn nhựa cứng hoặc ống mềm bằng sắt (xem bảng 1).
 Distance from Kitchen exhaust duct to Power cable minimum are 100mm/ khoảng cách từ ống hút khói nhà bếp tới cáp cấp nguồn tối thiểu phải cách
100mm.
4. LPG GAS System Install Under Table/ Hệ Thống GAS Lắp Đặt Dưới Bàn:
 All Gas Pipe must be test pressure 8.0 Kg/cm2 at least 10 hours / Tất cả đường ống GAS phải được kiểm tra áp lực 8.0 Kg/cm2 trong ít nhất 10 tiếng.
 At each Table using GAS need to install Gas leakage detector / tại mỗi bàn có dung GAS phải lắp đặt đầu dò GAS.
 All GAS Pipe, GAS detector, Valves … install under table should be easy for checking / Tất cả ống GAS, đầu dò GAS, Van …. Lắp đặt dưới bàn phải dễ
dàng kiểm tra được.
 Flexible hose from Steel Gas pipe to Gas Stove must be spared at least 300mm / ống mềm từ điểm cuối của ống Gas bằng thép tới bếp Gas phải làm dư ra
ít nhất 300mm.
 After finished install need to take picture for evident & Witness by Aeon Delight, Aeon Mall Operation/ sau khi đã hoàn thành lắp đặt cần phải chụp hình để
