・Exterior Design : Image perspective
• The concept and design was inspired by the image of SC wrapped in clothing
→The size of the hole in the panel and density creates the illusion of moving cloth. In addi on, the glass part ac vely
disseminates the bustle inside the SC, and incorporates the interior and exterior.
・ The image of a “wrinkle” line forms by using a large canopy at the entrance.
・Produce a bustle of commerce with the atmosphere that exudes from glass, billboards, color usage of louvers, etc. view

Work in the Tenant Area
Scope of work for finishing work and M&E work of Tenant Area will be divided as follows,
A work Landlord Building work, MEP work and other works which includes main construction work and paid by landlord
C work Tenant The works are performed by tenant’s nominated contractor as tenant request and expense
Additional work Tenant Works are performed by the main contractor as tenant’s request and expense
*Above classifications are applied to Anchor Tenant, Sub Anchor Tenant and General Tenant. The other areas such as Central Court, Mall Zone, Food Court Seat, AEON Hall,
Customer toilet, Staff Toilet, AEON MALL office, Meeting Room, Electrical Room, Machine Room, Pump Room or other Common Area.
