2.0 Introduction
2.1 Name of Business
High Aims Tuition Centre is the name of our company. We are the management who find
tutors that give education to secondary students by online. Tutors will teach the students by using
gadgets that we provided them. Tutors are part of the retail industry, which has experienced
growth and changes over time.

2.2 Industry Overview

2.2.1 General overview
While countries are at different points in their COVID-19 infection rates, worldwide
there are currently more than 1.2 billion children in 186 countries affected by school closures due
to the pandemic. With this sudden shift away from the classroom in many parts of the globe,
some are wondering whether the adoption of online learning will continue to persist post-
pandemic, and how such a shift would impact the worldwide education market. Even before
COVID-19, there was already high growth and adoption in education technology, with global
edtech investments reaching US$18.66 billion in 2019 and the overall market for online
education projected to reach $350 Billion by 2025. Whether it is language apps, virtual tutoring,
video conferencing tools, or online learning software, there has been a significant surge in usage
since COVID-19.

2.2.2 Our position in industry

Our service is a one-to-one tuition where tutor and student are not in the same room, or
even the same continent that give education to secondary students by online. People who are
looking for an online tuition for their secondary school children at a cheap price with better
service are our main target clients. Our service is currently available for gender at RM 30 for per
subject. We feel we can compete successfully in this business because our top-level management
team has diverse experience in their respective fields, and we have excellent networking.

2.2.3 The competition

Our competitors in this industry are SkillShare whom has creative teaching skills through
online, FutureLearn whom offers cheap price and Udemy that provides online learning in
different languages.

2.2.4 What makes us unique

Utilizing our service is a simple process. Clients can approach us via WhatsApp, direct
message on Instagram, and we will walk them through the process of booking a slot and paying
us. We were aware that not all our clients can pay fully before their slot. So, we fix this problem

by directing our clients to pay by installment, where they can pay small sums of money at
regular intervals over a period of time, rather than paying the whole amount at once. We can
offers clients to buy the copy of recorded session by online or directly to their homes, and cash
on delivery is also an option. One of the advantages of hiring our firm is that we can negotiate
with the client's difficulty. If clients have a limited budget, we will endeavor to save as much
money as possible while still meeting their expectations. In the future, we hope to open a Shoppe
account to reach more clients.

2.3 Location of Business

UniKL MIMET is where we do business. Since we, the partners, are still continuing at
UniKL MIMET, our official headquarters is Dataran Industri Teknologi Kejuruteraan Marin
Bandar Teknologi Maritim Jalan Pantai Remis, 32200 Lumut, Perak.
2.4 Date of Comencement
Our service has begun operations on March 1, 2023, which is the date we chose to start
our service and business.

2.5 Factors Influencing choice of business

The low promotion price of the service, combined with the possibility of making a good
profit, influenced our decision to start this service. Second, the flexibility of working hours drew
us to this firm because we are students and can manage our time accordingly. Online learning
were in high demand since, in accordance with Covid-19, everyone was required to stay at home
for safety purpose. The scope of business operation is small enough that it is easy to handle. We
had expertise of beginning a business as Technopreneurship students, which was one of the
reasons that influenced our choice of service.

3.0 Business Plan Purpose

This business plan is a written document that serves as a blueprint and roadmap for a
prospective business venture. We cannot dispute the importance of financial, marketing,
administrative, and operational aspects in the development of a business by creating a business
plan. In this company, we use this business plan to carefully examine all of the elements,
beginning with the most basic, such as marketing. We will know from the start who our target
clients are and where the best place is to attract clients. We prepared this business plan by listing
the company's plans and tactics to achieve the company's goals. In this company, we regard the
business plan as the essential resource for us in carrying out all our company's tasks.
