    Landscaping Contract

    Vote on Platinum Landscape Bid

    On March 23, a vote was taken by email on accepting the landscaping contract offered by
    Platinum Landscape (Dalton Slickers). Below are the voting results.
    Lynda Hicklin: Yes.
    Bob Anderson: Yes. By far the best price and highly recommended.
    Bill Taylor: I vote yes to   Platinum Landscape (Dalton Slickers).
    Sam Moore: With a good recommendation and lower price, it seems like a good
    recommendation.  I suppose all duties have been clarified, so I vote yes.
    Jennifer Moore: Platinum Landscape gets a Yes vote from me.
    Jacques Deshommes: Based on recommendation and pricing I agree with the decision to go
    with Platinum Landscaping.
    Cindy Green: I vote yes to Platinum Landscaping.
    Randy Collins: I vote yes for the recommendation and express great gratitude for the previous 
    landscape company for their service.
    Susan White: No response at the time of these minutes being recorded.
