Composition,

These gases have important roles in the Earth's climate and atmospheric processes, including the
greenhouse effect, atmospheric chemistry, and the protection of life on Earth from harmful solar
radiation.

Importance of gaseous cycle

Overall, the gaseous cycles are critical for maintaining the health of the Earth's ecosystems and for
supporting human well-being. Understanding these cycles and how they are impacted by human
activities is essential for sustainable resource management and for mitigating the effects of climate
change.

Chemistry of atmosphere is compose of air, earth’s atmosphere and gaseous cycle.

As I have discussed, air is the invisible mixture of gases that surrounds Earth. It has space and mass,
odorless and colorless. Air contains important substances, such as oxygen and nitrogen that most
species need to survive.

And as for the earth’s atmosphere, it is composed of about 78% nitrogen, 21% oxygen, and one percent
other gases. These gases are found in atmospheric layers (troposphere, stratosphere, mesosphere,
thermosphere, and exosphere) defined by unique features such as temperature and pressure.

Lastly, gaseous cycles are a type of biogeochemical cycle in which the reservoir is the air or the oceans.
Such cycles include those of nitrogen, oxygen, carbon, and water.
