Importance of environmental spheres

In this topic, I will enumerate and describe the different environmental

spheres of the Earth and also the importance of it to human. So let’s start. There are
four spheres on Earth, which are water: hydrosphere, air: atmosphere, living things:
biosphere, and land: lithosphere or geosphere.
The total amount of water on a planet is referred to as the hydrosphere. The
hydrosphere is made up of water on the planet's surface, underground, and in the
atmosphere. The hydrosphere of a planet can be liquid, vapor, or ice (National
Geographic Society, 1994). The importance of the hydrosphere stems from the fact
that water sustains various life forms and plays an important role in ecosystems and
atmospheric regulation.
The hydrosphere encompasses all water on the planet's surface. The
biosphere, a global ecosystem that includes all living organisms on Earth, is housed in
both the geosphere and the hydrosphere. The biosphere is the limited portion of the
Earth's environment where living creatures can thrive. It is home to a diverse group of
creatures, including fungi, plants, and animals, that live in harmony. Biodiversity is
the term used by biologists and ecologists to describe the diversity of life. The term
"biotic factors" refers to all living creatures in a given environment. Abiotic variables,
or nonliving things that organisms require to survive, such as water, air, and light, are
also included in the biosphere.
Lithosphere is the Earth's solid outer layer. The lithosphere is made up of the
brittle upper mantle and the crust, which are the Earth's outermost layers..The
lithosphere is crucial because it has a significant store of resources that are extremely
beneficial to humans. The lithosphere provides the vast majority of the material
objects that humans require. The lithosphere has two key functions: first, it acts as a
supply of minerals, and second, it is a major source of fuels such as coal.
Atmosphere is one of the most important components of Earth's interrelated
physical systems. The layers of gases that surround a planet or other celestial body are
known as an atmosphere. The atmosphere of the Earth is made up of 78 percent
nitrogen, 21% oxygen, and 1% other gases. The atmosphere is a crucial component of
what makes the Earth habitable. It deflects some of the Sun's harmful radiation away
from Earth. It traps heat, keeping the Earth at a pleasant temperature. Our atmosphere
also contains oxygen, which is necessary for living.
As a result of this discussion, I have come to the conclusion that the
environmental sphere on Earth is extremely vital to humans since it allows them to
live. Humans cannot exist if they do not have access to oxygen, food, or water. As a
result, we just protect our environment because it aids in our ability to live a long life.
