▪ We’re looking to buy houses in this area and I was wondering if you would consider selling that

▪ Is it ok if I ask a few questions to get a better feel about the property and make a more accurate offer?

▪ Is the house currently on the market with a realtor? (​ MUST SAY NO) 

IF YES:​ I​ see, and would you consider selling without the realtor?  

▪ Excellent. Is the property currently rented?

▪ If we can come to an agreement how soon would you be looking to sell?
