Guidelines for Faculty Members

DOs & DON’Ts
1. Don’t assign grades unless all the assessments of the class are marked.
2. Assign Grade after the completion of your all assessments. Moreover, if you change the
result of one or more students then reassign the grade unless grade will not be updated.

3. Don’t remove your assessments.
Note
Instead of using delete, kindly edit assessment or assessment questions unless CLOs attached are
incorrect. For correction purpose, kindly contact with ERP office.

5. Create your assessment questions once in case of multiple assessment questions.
e.g.

1. Enter marks of all questions at once, after that save the result.
2. Return to previous Screen.
3. Refresh it and save it.
4. The above three steps will be repeat, whenever you will change the result of one or more
student/s.
