DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY

 Implement the SOP at various business and department levels.


 Train all employees and ensure smooth implementation of SOPs.
 Regularly conduct audits and ensure that SOPs are followed thoroughly.
 Establish positive working relationships at senior levels with functional heads.
 Coach, guide, and support the team in order to achieve team, department, and strategic
goals.
 Support the idea generation initiative across the support function.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

 Any graduate with a Six Sigma certified black belt and 10+ years of relevant experience
(retail experience or food retail preferred).
 Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and project management skills
 Six Sigma Black Belt certification is compulsory.
