1.1 I/we quote ALL INCLUSIVE FIRM RATE covering all expenses etc. both in words and figures.
1.2 I/we confirm that all-inclusive rate quoted above covers incidence of all liabilities in respect of
the obligations which are required to be undertaken by me/us in terms of the Contract.
1.3 I/we confirm that the all-inclusive rate quoted above shall be firm and not vary or change during
the validity period of the offer and also during the tenure of the Contract under any circumstances
1.4 The tenderer should declare whether the proprietor or any partner of the firm or Director of
their company as the case may be has any relation with any employee working in the Plant/Unit
concerned and if so, the names of such employees and the relationship, and also whether any of
them has a relationship within the meaning of Section 6 of the Companies Act (1956) with any
Directors of SAIL and details of such relationship be clearly recorded in the tender.

Note: If no declaration is received prior along with your offer, it shall be deemed that :

1) the tenderer has understood all the terms and conditions of the tender and quoted accordingly.
2) the tenderer does not have has any relation with any employee working in the Plant/Unit
concerned.
