Why we chose a Basketball court for our miniature creation :

We chose a basketball court for our miniature creation because it is one of the most popular
sports in the Philippines and most of the conic sections appear in the court itself

Illustration board - For the base of the miniature of our model because it is sturdy enough and
has the general shape of a basketball court but needed some padding to have some
structure
Folder - for the chair and table
Metal straws - they will act as the basketball goal
Alambre - Used for the basketball hoop
Basketball miniature figures - We used these as they are
Cutter - To quickly cut big pieces of the folder and paper to fit
Scalpel - to make precise cuts and tiny cuts for the metal straws to be placed in and the
figures holding basketballs so that we can dislodge them
Coloring markers - to paint on the basketball figures to change their teams and the court
Glue gun & glue stick - to glue other components firmly together like the metal straws to the
illustration board
