FOR PRIVATE CANDIDATES WRITING CSEC EXAMINATIONS
January 2021
Candidates are advised that the CXC January 2021 CSEC examinations will be held from
18th January – 3rd February 2021.

1. Private Candidates are advised to verify their registration information:

Search the January 2021 Candidate Listing on the Ministry of Education’s website
(www.moe.gov.tt) for your Candidate Name, Centre Number and Candidate
Number. (To search press Ctrl + F)
The Centre Number is the first six digits of the Candidate Number.

2. To identify the centre to which you are assigned for your examination, please click
on the January 2021 Centre Listing using the link: https://www.moe.gov.tt/wp-
content/uploads/2021/0/PRIVATE-CENTRES-January-2021.pdf.

3. To Print/ access your personal timetable.

a) Access CXC’s Student Portal using the link


https://ors.cxc.org:8462/studentportal/

b) Login by entering your Centre Number, Candidate Number, Last Name,


Date of Birth (mm/dd/yyyy) and the period - 2021 January CSEC.

c) On the Student Portal, under the ‘Registration’ tab, access and print your
personal timetable.

d) You can also receive your personal time table by visiting your Examination
Centre between the hours of 9.00 am and 1.00 pm Monday – Friday.
INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES WRITING THE
JANUARY 2021 CSEC EXAMINATIONS

Candidates are asked to note the following:

 You MUST present a form of valid picture identification in order to enter the
examination room. e.g. National ID card, Passport or Driver’s Permit.

 You are required to be seated in the examination room by 8:30 a.m. for all morning
papers and 12:30 p.m. for all afternoon papers.

 You must be properly attired when presenting yourself to write your examinations.
The dress code of the Centre/ School must be observed.

 Smoking is NOT allowed on the school compound.

 You must refrain from interacting with the school population.

 You must observe all COVID-19 protocols.

 You must read the ‘Notes for Guidance of Candidates’ at the back of your timetable.
