Primary Job Duties:

 1. Develops Company HSE standards and goals.
 2. Perform Safety Trainings and oversees the execution of HSE training programs.
 3. Oversees the implementation of HSE departmental functions in regard to auditing, training, incident
investigation, tools, Company HSE policies, procedures, and methods designed to drive the Company’s
HSE culture and meet the Company’s HSE standards and goals through an expert knowledge of the
Company’s HSE standards, programs, and goals.
 4. Provides mentoring/people development for direct reports.
 5. Other related duties/functions as assigned.
 6. Perform Audits of Permits and Unsafe Acts and Unsafe Conditions.
 7. Maintain in database HSE training records for all personnel.
 8. Maintain and update HSE weekly and monthly records.
 9. Monitoring and Ensuring Contractor Compliance to Work Permits, Management Inspection walk
through site for Unsafe Acts and Unsafe Conditions and routine Inspection of Equipment and PPE and
completed successfully with following major responsibilities.
