1st SCENE : Mother and daughter (and father’s sister spying
on them)
Daughter dancing in presence of her mother without knowing
that her father’s sister is spying on them.
Mother : Madeleine you must be careful !your father can catch
you at any moment and you already know his point of view.
Madeleine : Mommy i can’t help myself from dancing because
it’s what i want do all my life.
Mother : And what about your studies ? you don’t plan to
abandon , do you ?
Madeleine : I don’t have any plan about my studies but for
dancing i have .
Father’s Sister : Ok that’s what you plan to do as imam’s
daughter. I will never accept it , no way . I am going to inform
my brother it.
2nd SCENE : Father and sister
Father sitting on his prayer mat making some duas.
Father Sister : Asalamou aleikoum my brother
Imam : Waleikoum salam my sister
Father’s Sister ; Who excuse me for disturbing you but I have
something very important to tell you.
Imam : Come on sister , I don’t have enough time because I
must lead the prayer.
Father’s Sister : I won’t be so long ; it’s about your daughter
Madeleine
Imam : What happens to her ?
Father’s Sister : She didn’t do any thing yet. But she is about
to leave her studies for dancing.
Imam : Are you sure about what you are talking ?
Father’s Sister : Absolutly , I heard her talking about that with
her mother
Mr KANE : and your parents ?
Madeleine : They are fine alhamdoulilah
Mr KANE : Where is your mother ?
Madeleine : My mother is at dinning room , follow me .
3rd SCENE : The introduce of the manager
Mr KANE : Asalamou aleikoume
Mother : Waleikoum salam , have a sitsir
Mr KANE : thank you Mrs . I am Mr KANE
Mother : Yes I know , Madeleine told a lot about you and
what you intend to do with her.
Mr KANE : Alright , your daughter is a talented dancer and all
I want is to give her opportunities to become a professional
dancer.
Mother : Are you sure that she has potencials to become a
professional dancer
Mr KANE : Madeleine you must make a demonstration.
Madeleine automatically gets up and begins dancing like a star
but unfornatly it’s at this time her father comes back from the
mosque.
4th SCENE : The arrival of the father
Father : Soubhanala ! Oh my God ! what is happening here 
Mr KANE and Madeleine’s mother stop clapping their hands
Mother : Sangue bi let me explain you it’s not what you are
thinking .
Imam : It’s not what I am thinking , so tell me
Mr KANE : Let me introduce myself i’m Mr KANE , a
manager
Imam : I am not talking with you , shut up !
Father’s Sister : That’s what I told you last time
5th SCENE : The conflict
Imam : Shut up , don’t intefere with it
Mr KANE : Mr let me explain you what I intend to do for
your daughter .
She is a talented dancer and she will earn much money with
this job .
Imam : Money !!! and what about values and our reputation . I
lead prayers.
Ispend my time talking about how muslims must act dress…
ect to you ask me to let my daughter to do such things even if
it’s bad.Leave my house Mr KANE and never come again.
Few days after Madeleine’s father summon a meeting
Father : I summon all of you to make you know that my
decision remain the same. I will never accept it. And
religiously it’s not allowed to do such job.
6st SCENE : The Reconciliation
Madeleine : Father , first at all I am sorry for what happened
and I ask you to forgive me. These days I thought about it and
I decided to stop dancing as te daughter of Imam it is not what
I am supposed to do.
