Task Details:

Research the points listed below and make notes, equivalent to one A4 page, two sides. Use size 12 font, Times
New Roman. Your research should cover the following questions.

For your chosen disease

a) What is the cause of the chosen disease?

c) What are the effects of these symptoms?
d) How is the chosen disease transmitted?
e) How can the chosen disease be prevented?
f) How can the chosen disease be treated?
g) How can this disease be diagnosed?

Complete a bibliography in Harvard style. You will need a variety of sources. This will be submitted with your
research.

Two class lessons will be provided for you to work on the research and bibliography components.

A printed copy of your notes will be used to complete an in-class component of the task related to the questions
asked in Part A of the task.
